I havent seen this anywhere. I was mining ess for the first time in about a year today and i got this random event. I had just asked Aubury to tele me to the ess mine and a msg pops up. Something like this "An error has occured in the teleportation. Please operate the (device that is out of place)*. You are placed in a room with 4 levers, 3 of which are down. You must "operate" the one that is up. You are then transported out of the "hole" and sent to the ess mine. You are given an apology for the mishap and given some ess for your (lost time)*. *There's also something said about the "Abyssal Teleportation Service". *Means i'm not sure what the messages said. *I was given 11 ess in note form.
