There were like 100 to 300 bots on each f2p world before dec 10. many p2p worlds were excluded. few bots in p2p. back then, there were like 150 worlds total (p2p and f2p), so there were only 9k to 10k active bots. still 50k players During vacations, numbers should have reached much higher than 179k ;) hmm, it is. especially after all these "wonderful" updates. A few months back, I made a post about Runescape 2 is dying (1 got killed). That topic was made shortly after the December 10 updates. Denial that Runescape is dying was very high back then, and I'm assuming still is now. It got deleted because of rollback. Now on to the current topic. Statistics before December 10, 2007 Regular/Average max # of players on SUNDAY: ~230k Regular/Average max # of players on SATURDAY: ~219k ________________________________________ Stats taken on the last weekend before Dec 10 ________________________________________ Statistics currently Regular/Average max # of players on SUNDAY: ~179k Regular/Average max # of players on SATURDAY: ~171k ________________________________________ Stats taken were the maximum from vacations ________________________________________ The differences are huge. Reaching 170k players nowadays for Runescape is rare. Excuses for numbers [1] School has started! Well, they should be lower now that school started but the 179k & 171k were the TOPS during vacations. Still very low. Anyways, that is evidences that YOU, YOURSELF, CAN verify. (non-specific "diary") Today was perfect. Did my two separate 2hour work out (each 1 hr) and just finished riding my bike. I'm excited for tomorrow, 2nd week of school and for my second class I get to sit behind someone I like :lol: Lets see what happens. So I was just thinking of something that would make Runescape a lot funner and came up with a new innovative way to increase/train/build the amazingly great skill stat of Strength. My way is, for Jagex to incorporate a massive gymnasium in Runescape somewhere in the map. It would be use to increase Strength and would be the best exp for Strength in the game as you build your levels. Your avatar/character would increase in arm mass or arm definition. There would be many machines (and perhaps free weights) laying around for players to use, there would be 3 main machine types: type 1 for biceps, type 2 for triceps, and type 3 for deltoids. i think this would be great. Might even encourage some people to do it in real life. Lol, I just look at their pictures and see if they talked about something involving me in real life. not everyday, just once in a while, ya know :)? The people I look for are girls that I talk to :lol: . Slow down that stalking there lol I once tried searching my 27-year-old teacher on myspace but didn't appear - DAMN IT! She is rpetty hot.. she is the kind of girl that if you saw her at the beach, you would turn your heads to watch her [wagon] walk away. really. she is that hot. i tried with her but I got the deans on me :wall: :wall: :wall: You are only young once.. so I try everything. I figure that I'm pretty young and crazy atm, I can do thing that if I did at 18, I would be arrested but at my current age, I get away with it. So yeaaaaaaaaaaaaa. For example, I can get it with 13 year olds and people still think its fine (im 15). if they dont, i just act dumb or [developmentally delayed]ed then they think i can.

[hide=RESPONSES TO PREVIOUS POSTS] Nice routine :) well (last 2 sentences) that can be true but pushing yourself beyond pain with machines.. is very hard to get injured with machines. With free weights, the chances are much higher. Antoher good thing about beyond-limit is that sometimes veins show up. Unless you have too many of the mall over your arms, it don't look pretty but if you have few then it adds some definition to your arm, really. Good trick to know... I haven't. I don't use any supplements or any muscle vitamins.. just the regular drinks and vitamins.. normal vitamin c.. gaterader and regular stuff. What's creatine? :P[/hide] Ok, here is a little inner discussion. Going to be online for 9 more minutes (till 3pm) then going to get ready for pool: What do you think of steroid use amongst teenagers trying to get in shape? I think that it is sad and that they should DIE. I hate when I see some dude who I never see workout with veins coming out of his arms all of a sudden :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: .

Working out topic
I would suggest instead of coming out of the gym tired, come out sore. I hate it when I move my forearm up and can't feel my biceps (sometimes triceps) move. After all that time I spent at the gym!? When this happens, it generally means that the sore will come about 30 minutes later on and will last for like 8 hours more. What I prefer is, when I'm done working out, when I move my forearm up, I feel my biceps and triceps move along. To get this, push yourself beyond the pain. Push yourself beyond the limit. So what I suggest, and what I do, don't do 35, do it until you no longer can do it anymore. Way past the pain the limit. Once you try that machine/exercise again, your old limit is not near your new limit! Yea. For example, for bicep curl, I'm currently at (by bicep curl I mean machine curl, using both arms, pulling up. Not the EZ Bar Curl) 65lbs but when I push myself beyond my limit, I'm reaching 90lbs. It's pretty cool. Like there is a guy before me, right after he is done (he has it set at 30lbs), I come in and do 65 haha. Just push yourself beyond your limit at everything. I'm 15. I just finish my 1 out of 2 hour straight work out. Going to the local pool. hoping there is no1 there since it's Monday.. we will see.

Hmm.. I read a post about someone who does cardio for 30 minutes and 20 minutes for weights and sometimes doesn't find the motivation.. here is my advice. Happens to me. When you are out of total motivation, think of times when people have looked down to you, ignored you, or made fun of you because of how you look. Think of things you really wanna show off doing when you get in the shape you want to be in. Think of the moment you want to impress that special someone and how you're going to do it. I think of moment when people have not talked to me or ignored me. Also, I workout long (and hard) enough so when my work out is over, my arms are sore for the next 24 hours (until my next work out). Usually, after I wake up, my arms are most sore... I eat good and give my arms enough time to rebuild. Yes you do if you do it properly. I have achieved toned arms like that. My schedule & routine is: monday to friday: 2 to 2:20 hour work out each day. starting at 3pm finishing at 5pm to 5:20pm. Drink milk and other nutrient. ONLY breaks I take during those 2 hours is to go drink water (not long walk but long enough so I can rest enough time. like 45 seconds usually). sturday and sunday: work out 1hr altogether each day to maintain the muscles I "achieved" in monday through friday. if i dont work out on weekends, all of it goes away usually. specially if I just restarted working out. ROUTINE: I just do various exercises for one main muscles (say biceps) until I totally tired then I switch to other type exercises for another muscles (triceps), then to deltoids and onec I'm done with delts, back to biceps. 1:25pm atm, need to workout 2hrs straight.. over the past 2 days I have been working out :30 minutes seperate (instead of 1 hr all together) twice a day...

There is this girl she is in cheerleading and I think she is beautiful. She has a great body but I don't like her ebcause of that.. something about her.. can't stop thinking about her 4 things have happened in the 4/4 days of school I have had so far.. the most dramatic being she dropped a pen on purpose near me and bent over to pick it up. I can't stop thinking about her.. her eyes well.. I will be honest.. my life is a mess right now.. perhaps something will happen one day.. mr: I have tried the many reps, low weight to be toned but it hasn't worked for me. I reached a plateu effect - where the exercise that was once medium difficulty is now super easy and you aren't using your muscles anymore therefore you don't build or tone... that is what happened to me without me knowing.. i dont feel like going into detail..

Hope you don't mind me asking, but how many do you do daily? :) No problem. For pushups, I've been following this, which someone posted in the last thread about this. It's been working pretty well, that site really covers a lot of things. For crunches, it depends, I guess I average around 50-60 a day. Not that many, but being consistent is what matters to me. Not insulting, just wish to say. If you want the abs asap (and doing it properly) then 50-60 curnches a day is not near enough. You can do a set (10 repetitions) in 2 minutes max. You should spend 30minutes to 1 hour a day SOLELY on doing ab work outs. When you breathe, you will feel your ab muscles contract :) Pushups are good and classical... being able to doing lots of them in a single "sit down" is great to have/be able to do wow, time passes so fast.. 32 minutes already.. btw: I don't follow a workout routine. I just do one type of exercise until the main muscle I'm working out is totally sore, then I switch to another one. Say biceps first then triceps, when triceps are all tired, biceps are back up. At least for me. works good on a me. Not a single type of exercise btw, various exercises which focus on 1 main muscle... Also, I'm not someone who knows it all about working out yet does nothing. What I know is from experience. will edit main post tomorrow I hope... btw, I don't wish for this topic to turn into a flame thread lol.. just a place where people can ask questions, talk about, and DISCUSS (not argue) :)

I will read all the replies tomorrow (labor day = no school). Well, I have been working out a lot in 7-8 months but I can guarantee what I'm saying works because it has worked for me, so it should for you too. Being toned is different from having huge muscle mass. I suppose you dudes don't know the difference. Not skinny-person toned, being proper weight for height (not too fat or near close to skinny). I understand some people are more cardio orientated, thats cool :). Atm, it's 10:28pm where I live. Just finished watching Prison Break - disk 2 through 4 season 3... cya tomorrow.. I hope.. edit: Will reply now :) Why do you get the idea that I'm talking about Arnold Swchenegger type muscles? I'm talking about having toned arms and perhaps abs (women are attracted to them for some reason). Have such a huge bulk of muscle (like arnold swchengger & ect) doesn't look good or pretty but having a toned body does... Yea, I know that. What I was trying to say is if you like work out like 4 hours one day and expect the next day to have visible biceps and perhaps triceps, it won't happen cuz I have tried... but it will happen over the course of several months Lotta people hate me. Don't know why. Hmm, how much can I bench? I build my biceps with a 35lb dumbbell with each arm.. 35+35 = 70, those are using my biceps alone. Now add triceps, chest, and all those... it would be over 85lb. I work out with 155lb (benching) with 10 repetitions (10 reps = 1 set) and at like 15 reps, I start to feel sore, so I keep going until 20. The first 10 are pretty easily, they feel like nothing. I can show off at 210lb. I'm 15, 6foot and weight 176lbs last time I weighted myself. I'm not a huge bulk of fat or muscle, currently my arms are pretty toned and it's good to show off. By the way, you can tell someone who is toned/works out just by looking at their forearms and perhaps neck. No, I don't think he/she is a complete loser. I just wonder why is she with someone like him when she is so much better than that? No offense. probably because the guy (1) talks & act like a girl, (2) both have been friends for a while, (3) who knows. No offense to anyone. I wouldn't beat that guy lol... One way to look at it. I'm 15 and I work out mostly at my HS gym ( which is pretty good) and the girls there all wear short shorts... good enough reason for me. Most of them are not fat nor skinny, their either have a back or a front. 80% of ppl in my school are white so many girls are cute (no offense to any1 or being racist). Ye man so true. Like 30 minutes after a long good work out, your arms/muscles feel sore.. feels sooooooo good... I love the feeling. Jealous of what lol? just saying. "working out topic". I used to be into Taek-Kwan-Doe but now i'm not and want to get int oboxing SOME DAY. Good luck.. Misunderstood me, I guess. I work out to tone my arms and therefore attract the ladies. There is a difference between being toned and looking like Hulk. More than a good enough motiviation for me. After a while, your arms start to tone up. You will get girls coming up to you and saying "hey! you are in my history class. Whats your name? I'm Sarah. Are you new?" :). Happens often to me I guess. I'm guessing you are more cardio oriented (running ect) so I understand, Iguess. At my school, class ends at 2:45. I'm at the lockers by 2:55, and usually 10 mins later I'm outside walking into the middle room: room 1 = cardio, room 2 = strength MACHINES, room 3 = free weights. I do it until 5:10pm and change within 4 minutes. then wait until 6pm when the late "activity" bus arrives to take me home. That is how I do it. Then spend 1 hour on home, then go shower, eat, & sleep. repeat.. good enough for me. This routine of mine limits my online time a lot.. which is good. I'm in HS. If your HS doesn't have a gym within the school then well.. it wont be fun. Since most gyms have old people in it and/or rarely some good looking women/females. In my school, there are lots of afterschool sports so there is always some girls running on the threadmill for me to look at. Time.. depends o nyour schedule & life.

Oh cool :) I hate it when I see a pretty girl with some lame dude with pimples all over his face and he isn't that good looking -_- I also hate it when I see some football dude acting tough or like he is tired from all the running/practicing when (1) I can do more than him at everything and (2) I get much more tired and don't act lazy and dumby. Do you work out!? If yes, great! If not, then start! Anyways, I have been working out since January 2008. 2 hours a day, 5 days a week, at my school fitness center/gym. So this topic is about working out and a not-so-specific day-to-day diary of what happened during the hours you were working out, ye? Also, anything relating to working out - questions, discussions, and all that.. I will try to answer all questions. Truthfully. :) [hide=Good information to know (NEW)]Done with the Biceps, will complete triceps & deltoids soon... The Arm Muscles The arms consist of 3 main muscles - the biceps, triceps, and deltoids. Here they are: Now, you have the basic (must know) knowledge. You must know learn the common terms used. Set: A series of 10 repetitions of an exercise. Usually it's 10, sometimes (not common) it's 8. So 1 set = 10 reps To build muscle, you need proper nutrition. There are 3 main suppliments that you should eat regurlarly. Here are what they are and what they do. -Potassium- regulates the body's fluid balance, helps maintain normal blood pressure and is needed for muscle activity and contraction. BANANAS -Calcium- Helps build and maintain strong bones and teeth. It also plays an important role in nerve function, muscle contraction and blood clotting. -Protein (MOST IMPORTANT)- Builds and repairs muscle tissue and serves as a source of energy during high-powered endurance exercise. red meat & beef Milk is a great overall for all these. Contains good amounts of all these 3. Now, here are common (and basic I would say) exercises. BICEPS -Dumbbell Curl- Can be down sitting down. Can be done in many forms. Proper form/shape should be having shoulders back and slowly raising the dumbbell until it touches your shoulder then lower it down. Do NOT let it drop. -Incline Dumbbell Curl- Great workout for the Biceps. It pretty much strictly uses the biceps. Your shoulders should be back (naturally they should be). Do the exercise slowly and don't let the dumbbells drop after you reach your shoulder, instead lower them down. -EZ Bar Standing Bicep Curl- (start) - (finish) Another great workout for the biceps. Shoulders should be back. Do it slowly, don't let the bar drop.[/hide] [hide=Why working out is good, tips, how to start, what to eat, and how to build]WHY WORKING OUT IS GOOD Working out is a magnet to attract good looking girls if you reach the point where you biceps and triceps are visible. Triceps take more time to build to the point where they are obvious, biceps are equally as hard I would say but progress with your biceps is much better/easier. Deltoids is also necessary as it states definition if you don't have a shirt on. Triceps and deltoids is a must if you want to show off your arms - the triceps cut the appearance of fat while the deltoids "marks" the arm with two triangular-like "lines" :). So back to the subject: Like I said before, working out is great because it attract the ladies, you can also show off. It is also very healthy. I like doing pull ups when showing off, lol. It uses the biceps (plus great show off) and shows off your strength. It is a great way to break off the addiction with runescape! that is how I did it. GREAT WAY TO PASS TIME if you get into it. TIPS - Don't look at the clock! I have noticed that if I track time, it passes a lot slower than if I don't. - Don't think like "I could be doing something funner than this..."!!! Don't, trust me. - When working out, think of a beautiful girl running naked on the beach (Marisa Miller or Megan Fox). - Always be persistent, you don't build your muscles over night (I have tried lol). if you are really persitent (2hrs/day, 5 days a week, 1hr a day on weekends) then it will take 1 month of doing so for your muscles (triceps, biceps, and deltoids) to get to the level where - Drink milk, orange juice, bananas, meat, eggs, chicken, and beef daily if you want to build faster. Maybe some fish and shrimps. [WILL ADD MORE SOON][/hide] So just talk about working out. How much you can do (make sure to include height + weight) with X exercise, your experiences, tips, what your current routine is, what your planning to work on next, ask questions, and everything. Also remember: don't say "I bench 230lbs" when you can only do it 3 times.
