I'm gonna Google those workouts you mentioned and try to download the proper form into my mind then on Monday try it until I just can't do it anymore or there is some girl running on the treadmill :ohnoes: . Thanks for your advice :P I guess I will spend the next 30 minutes browsing tipit =o Browsing my HS' website and can't seem to find that picture of my hot, blonde & 28, biology teacher!!!!! arrgggghh.. It was up last year -.- >_> Sometimes thinking of things.. then so many things pop up in my head.. things that make me angry and ye.. I'm finding myself punching walls lately ^_^, my knucles seem to like being red or purple or even black sometimes. I wanna get into boxing.. weightlifting (working out) isn't releasing my anger anymore :'(

  4. Pretty similar to me. Except for some parts :P. I forgot what I said in my initial post but if I did say "getting buffed up", i meant getting defined/toned/sculpted arms! Not the skinny type, but the true type. Haven't been online for the past 4 days =o (comparing it to the days I used to spend 12hrs a day playing RS). I have been working out steadily, not like I would had like to but I have kept the same shape as I "achieved" 2 weeks ago. Same amounts of time as before but not as hard. I'm finding it harder to find motivation. Been working on push-ups and other stuff - I killed everyone in gym class (push ups...). Getting into knuckle push ups - they are quite harder and seem to work out the triceps better. I guess I'm working on my abs - doing this type of machine where it's like a crunch except it's a machine in sitting position. You pushing with your chest downward. I'm NOTICING some change but I can't feel my abs yet (so lame >_>). Lately, I been feeling some joint pain whenever I push my triceps to the limit while doing a standing tricep extention >_>!!! it's so lame cuz afterwards my arms feel so light! I feel like I can fly. The pain is also killing. It isn't the type of sore/pain after working out but its kinda different :wall: . Today is Friday, atm it's 7pm. Lets see if this weekend isn't like the last one. I hope I can workout today, tomorrow, and on Sunday. Each for at least 1hr straight - I wanna keep my sculptinish.. I tried Hanging leg lifts but found them too hard lol. I dunno why but I just couldn't get my legs to do it -.^ so I started doing other stuff hmm.. :(.. Limewire rocks! :)... what now? should I keep reading posts at tipit and most likely waste an hour >_>? -----[should this be a sticky]------- I would say to remain this as a normal topic until it reaches some more weeks of age. It has been successful, and active, so far :). Most people scroll THROUGH the stickies down the normal topics.. I think :P... I dunno. :)
  5. Yep, that is very true for teenage girls and early 20s girls. Attractive looks is what makes a girl come up to YOU (not you to her). Sometimes she doesn't come up to you (or walk to ya) but if it's in class, she will start talking to you all of a sudden. If you have pimples buy Proactiv: http://proactiv.com Haircut is important. Though, personal opinion here, I think having long hair (by long hair I mean LONG hair -.-, like below the mouth or nose) isn't a chick-magnet. Short hair cuts generally give better results. Having white (not yellow, or semi-yellow) teeth also helps :). Deodorants/colones that "give" out some sort of "cool" scent helps too. Now, my ultimate chick magnet (what I consider) is having pretty male homeo sapien arms. Decently toned. Perhaps not toned but you can still show it off. Looks are what makes a girl who you have never ever known before, want to talk to you. Just come up to you all of a sudden. Personality comes after. Just tell her what women want to hear: "You look beautiful today!", use words such as: pretty, gorgeous, amazing, astonishing, very pretty. It may seem repetitive, yes, but it works :) Those are my advices to you, Brandon, and anyone needing them. Good luck. When you are nervous about talking to her or something, just think of this: "I have EVERYTHING to gain and nothing to loose.". If you get rejected, so what. You don't know her so you don't care of what she thinks of you. Once more, gl. :)

I will "perform" (not on purpose tho) a test on myself to see if resting the whole weekend vs no resting (explained later on). which gives better results Normal week: monday to friday 2 hour work out each day sat & sunday, 1hr work out ea day @ home This week worked out monday to thu, no friday. saturday (so far, its 5pm) no work out. looks the same for tomorrow. On Monday, I will compare my results to my previous monday... hmm.. right now.. I can notice (view, see) some differences.. -_- This hasn't been my week. im hoping i can work out today, saturday... :(.. Weather that is true or not, probably is, whenever I feel sore, it is when I most "feel" my muscles. Therefore, that is enough reason for me to make myself feel it :) i will see how I look on monday and try to remember the last, previous, monday... >_> im loosing inspiration/motivation. looking at bubs bouncing while running (threadmill) isn't giving me inspiration anymore :wall: :wall:

  11. I pray you never become a personal trainer. I couldn't handle reading past this paragraph and I could barely get past the first 2 sentences. Working out 2 hours per day, no cardio, 5 days a week is going to get you terrible results. In theory, it would work. But in reality, you need to give your muscles time to recover. You have to understand that lifting weights actually rips your muscles apart. If you don't give them time to repair themselves, then you're just breaking them down again and again with no hope of actually making them bigger. Yes, that sore feeling is good. It means you worked hard, broke down your muscles, and now it's time to reward yourself. That reward should be a day long break. If you're looking to tone your muscles, 5 days a week isn't bad but you need low weights, high reps, and you should very little pain afterwards. Lifting 5 days a week will NOT help you build muscle. Just to drive the point home: LIFTING 5 DAYS A WEEK WILL NOT HELP YOU BUILD MUSCLE I don't care how smart or knowledgeable you think you are on this subject or how much you lift, you're just dishing out bad advice. "a day long break" = sunday & saturday, unless I feel desperate and I can see my little veins popping out, I will do some 1 hr work out for each weekend day.. I guess what you're saying makes sense but if you're right, I guess I have a retar ded body. What I do is something not many do. I have, I think, stretch marks (not all over, but they're visible) on my arms. Mostly on top of biceps. today I had gym class and gave up on the 2nd lap (of running), its pretty long.. anyways :). so what, ya know? i beat everyone (even the teacher, was a he) at push ups tho. I find that having a good back really helps. dude, really. 5 days a week rocks yo. for example, during gym time, sometimes these little football players come in in their football outfit acting tired or like the "we roooooooock" attitude and start working out. Usually, the ladies come. but guess WHAT I do? well since I'm such a work-out addict (you can say), I take two 40 (sometimes 45)LB dumbbells and start doing standing bicep curls with shoulders abck! my biceps are like really visible. the football dudes look at me with a blank stare like wtf. anyways, I think they are all sad and I hate when I see them walking around intheir little football outfit acting tough or tired, or trying to show off those stupid/steroid-product guns (arms) -.- haters ftw? deloria, it does work simply because it was worked beautifully for me.
  12. Working out 2 hours a day (zero cardio sutff, just exercises for arm muscles; biceps, triceps, and deltoids) for 5 days a week, DOES get you somewhere. It's a lot better... I can name many examples.. but the primary one, I guess, is that if you work out hard enough, your arms will feel sore for the next 24 hours and if you work even harder, you might be able to move your biceps or triceps WITHOUT moving your arm, hands, or forearm at all. What is so good about feeling sore? Well, it's great to feel sore for 24 hours lol. You have to "have it" to know why. So, you do get somewhere. I understand where you're coming from (since that is common belief -.^) Sleeping is also very important. I once saw a Discovery Channel show that when you sleep, your brain rebuilds and does things :) What I mean by a hard 2 hour work out is NOT: After you're done with a set of some exercise, you stop and rest for 1-4 minutes (sounds like little but it really adds up), look around, act like you are tired, or start talking to someone else and then do another set of that same exercise or a different one. Like I have said before, I believe you should buff up your arms and then tone them down. Most people have the skinny-toneage. Which is hard to distinguish from the true toned arms (since they are rare in HS :)). Skinny arms mostly have small biceps (yet they are easy visible) and noteable triceps (but they don't cut the straight line formed by the arm itself). MrPez, choose your worlds more wisely lol: "but its a waste of life to count calories and carbs all day long. " it only takes 8 to 17 minutes to count calories. Thats not near all day long -.- dragon, I kinda so the same thing lol but with a bicep curl, I take two 20lb dumbbell (one for each arm) and then move my forearm up (not reaching shoulder, kinda in between) and hold it there for like 4 minutes. at like 2 mins, it feels really hmm "Sore", not sore but you kinda feel the pain. at 3, i feel the vein that is on top of my bicep muscle. its pretty gud yo.

    MySpace Stalking

    I thought this topic died. Never really checked on it anyway. I already explained it, really -.-. Stalking may not be the correct word. What I meant by Myspace stalking is, you see a pretty girl, stuff happens, and you just to know more about her. So you try MySpace. Now, here is where the difference is drawn - if you just checked once, or once in a while (not once a week, maybe once a month. without a predetermined day/time), or if you just on it almost everyday. For me, it's once in a while. Mostly whenever I check, its to see if she is blogging about something that happened involving me. About "any1 thing da op is da hard rock kid who has so much hatred, has a black coat, & ect?!!" well, I guess you would assume that by the attitude and content of my posts. When I post like that, its mostly cuz I finished listening to some pumping music or simply because I'm being a jerk and want to have a laugh. If I were you and all of a sudden saw someone posting and acting like that, I would think the same too :) By flying elephant, I meant "Dumbo" (Google it). With that alone, I guess you can figure out what I was saying. If you can't, then I'm laughing-out-loud. The true definition of stalking, I would say, is strictly following some girl or looking for her constantly or being obsessed with her. Thomas, lol ye more like that. Not STALKING -.-, just ADMIRATION! I have yet to find a Facebook or Myspace of one of my teachers. If I did, it would be pretty interesting, indeed. Damn, I read the made-up word "op" in every post -.^
  15. Pretty dedicated diet right there magekllr :P. I just eat what has high levels of the basic three muscle building/repairing things: potassium, protein, and calcium. Protein = red meat & beef, potassium = bananas, calcium = (i forgot >_>). Calcium helps build and maintain strong BONES and teeth. It also plays an important role in nerve function, muscle contraction and blood clotting. Potassium regulates the bodys fl uid balance, helps maintain normal blood pressure and is needed for muscle activity and contraction. Protein builds and repairs muscle tissue and serves as a source of energy during high-powered endurance exercise. Phosphorus, Vitamin D, and Riboflavin also play important roles for muscle sutff (building, tonning, massing, maintaining, and ect). Eggs and Milk are GREAT overalls to get all these important stuff :P. I drink milk a lot, when I wake up and like 7 other times throughout the day. ------------ Wasn't able to work out. It was for "athletes only" (people/students who are enrolled in sports) and regular people wouldn't be allowed in. Thinking of working out for 2hours (I HOPE) after I'm done with internet browsing. Enrolled in ROTC. Bus picks me up at 3:30pm tomorrow, I'm back at my school by 9pm tomorrow. It's like some pre-military thing :). Lets see how it goes. I got nothing to loose so why not. If I don't like it, I can drop it =). Back to working out, since I wasn't allowed in, I did push ups for 20 minutes straight. It was like 3:31pm by then, so I went outside to the tracks (there is a soccer field inside the tracks) and started doing tricep dips (dunno if correct name) and running.. did it until 3:50 and I went and took the bus home [it left at 4pm]. I hope I can start working out soon, else it will be too late and parent will force me to sleep.. anyways hi :)
  16. The chances that someone actually does that to be in the top 200 are very small. If that does happen there's a very high change the guy will mess up and gain some extra exp, as well as there's a lot of people who can tell if he's seen in member worlds, etc. There's many ways to bust cheaters in this matter. Ehh, no. The chances are huge, specially if that person is desperate. It is quite easy to cover up being P2P. Simple enough: get better friends who won't rat you out or turn chat to offline. However, when you become P2P, extra options are added to the "Recover a Stolen/Locked Account" stuff. Previously (never p2p), you wouldn't see any membership asking records but if the account was ever p2p, it will ask... -.-
  17. I guess you're entitled to have an opinion but if I was a Supreme Court Judge, I would take it away :lol: . Hmm, I think this topic has been successful because, unlike many others, it isn't some boring topic that when you ask something about working out you get told "go do 19 something something", "go do 6 sets of this and that". Instead (like 3 people have asked stuff), I, generally, reply back with an honest answer and how it feels to first do it and the how to combat the desire to just stop doing it and go back to playing games or doing whatever you want, or to not let working out feel like a drag. Also, this topic is about everything working out.. as you might have noticed :P When you very first work out, have never truly worked out, you can't do much or you do it pathetically (arms shape, neck shakes, you sweat like a donkey and ect) but if you push yourself, you will do it properly and ye, things will happen. :) I hope more people continue to ask and debate, lol :). Really. OT: If it is some drug/medicine/vitamin then no. If it is some exercise, I probably have done it but don't know the name for it. Since I don't know, I guess I haven't lol.
  18. I guess I was a little too cocky but I haven't judged other people. I have just said stuff. The only thing I can think of judging other people was the issue with the shallowness, I didn't judge a user at TipIt in specific. There may have been discussions previously, what something or the other thing, but I reply abck with a discussion. So far, the other person(s) haven't been able to prove me otherwise. For pretty much all of them, they just made a little mistake or didn't know about something... Why not start now? You can work out until you get that haircut, then afterwards show off both (sutff gained from working out + hair cut). I can remember when doing push ups was pretty hard and everytime I was told to do some (mostly gym classes), I would fail. From experience if you go on with saying "i will do it later", the motivation will go away, and 60% of the time, you will never get to do it - USUALLY. With push ups, the more you do them, the better for you. At first, having proper form can be really hard but just push yourself. You will gain strength and be able to do more push ups at once, and at the same time improve the form/shape. When you start with push ups, it is a pain (like everything else) and you will probably be sweating a lot and have your face red... just push yourself. What? Talk straight. I will respond to what I understood: OK, I guess. Lol, I bet you can (crunches and running). You are more cardio orientated while I'm not. Use your brain! just because I said "he is more cardio than me" doesn't mean I can't run for a thing! It means he runs more than me :). Saying this because people make assumptions without thinking I believe Pull-Ups are amongst the best ways to show off strength (I hate showing off strength via weightlifting -.-). Well, that guy you saw - how many hours a month does he WORK OUT? I bet he doesn't dedicate anytime to working out. He is "fat" or "overweight" for a reason, don't you think? All that time he has spent eating and seating, has built up energy amongst with much more fat. With all that energy, he is able to do 20 pull ups. In the form/shape in which he does him, I bet, is very poor :P. Same thing for the skinny guy but it is more favorable for him: He would weight very little while his energy would remain high, therefore making him able to do those 20 pull ups. Though, he will shiver more and that "fat" dude will sweat more. Most skinny people can run for a whole lot of time and not get tired, with overweight kids, it is pretty much the opposite. What good is there in being able to lift very heavy stuff and not being able to do classical work outs with many repetitions and in perfect shape? push ups, pull ups, and other stuff! Krieg, you mostly run. While running is a very good skill to have developed, it builds no strength at all. It greatly improves your breathing and all that. With that being said, what the shizzle do you know about streNgth? Crunches are good for abs but unless you have proper nutrition and other type of abs-stuff exercises, you won't get noticeable abs with crunches =_=. Don't take this as a offense, just accept it or prove me wrong. Lol, it's funny how people are so ignorant (don't get offended). When I said ripped, I didn't mean Arnold Schawenegger style or like in the TV shows where the dude has veins all over his arms, I meant having my arms toned/defined to the most extreme I could take it to. What was wrong with wanting to look your best >_>? My conclusion so far is that mostly, Krieg doesn't fully comprehend what he is saying (not the hormones, male action, his size, the other paragraph) about. While some of us don't like to accept it, we gotta be realistic. Looks do matter. The better your looks are, the more chances for you. Of course, personality greatly matters as well but usually what first attracts a female are your looks. The better they are (again) the more females you will attract. About brown, depends what you're talking about. If it is a mixed white-black, then no (but then, it also depends), if it is a tanned Colombian girl, then for sure! :) well.. err.. Ok so here it goes: this has happened twice, while she was checking homework, she was facing the student to my right (with her as to my face), so I put my arm more outwards, she turns to me, checks paper and then moves to the student behind me to my right, as she does, her [wagon] "touches" my arm. this has happened twice. softest thing ever. many other little things have happened which lead me to believe things. though, i tried with her but failed and got the deans on me. anyways, aftetr the deans went on me, she.. well.. err.. nothing.   21. No. Many pretty/beautiful/gorgeous/hot girls are naturally like that and don't work out or follow some diet, but they don't eat McDonalds everyday either lol. I wish that would be the case for guys - muscles/tonishmess coming naturally. But, if you look at cheerleading squad girls - many of them are banging, though there ar eosme that arent. At first when you work out, you won't feel shizzle. You will pretty much feel using your bones and everything will be super hard, but push/persevere through. Do as many Bicep Curls as you can! always be doing them. After a while yoou will feel your biceps and when you compare "was very hard without muscles" to what "is very hard WITH muscles", you will FEEL the different. As with muscles, you really do feel your bicep moving up as you move your forearm up, when you move it down (NOT letting it drop), you might feel your triceps (depending on how developed it is). Just don't give up. Quit Runescape. Don't give up. Go all for it - 2 hrs a day, 5 days a week! IT PAYS OFF I can do fifty dips straight, but that's because I have a low weight/muscle ratio, not because I'm ripped. Don't get too cocky about twenty pull ups- as a weight lifter it isn't much. ([bleep], I was doing 20 pull ups in fourth grade mate]). Talk is cheap. Show us a picture of your awesome muscles, seeing as how that's allowed now. If you're ripped, I'll back off. If you're not I'm going to keep laughing. I do 20 without a sweat, after 22, i start sweating and at 30, i feel the pain and start pushing myself. 50 sounds like alot lol, i probably would only reach the low 40s. By better shape, iddin't mean body. Lol, nice mistake. THE SHAPE IN WISH YO UDO THE EXERCISE. For example: bicep curls, your shoulders should be all the way back and doing it slowly. with pull ups, you shouldn't look like mr. fatty boy who looks like he is about to faint at the 4th pull up, or like if you are shivering or something. Or you shouldn't do a pull up if you move your neck upwards to make it look like you reached the bar lol ( isee it alot). if I fail at pull ups, i rather stop doing it than look like a real life NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOB :).. This "little" mistake you made shows how little you know of working out (or it's terms lol). Also, I'm not a weight lifter or body builder. Simply because I like to work out or work out a lot or something does not mean I'm one of those -.-. About the picture, lol ok. Give me 1 week to 9 days. I need to get an USB thing, find batteries, work my [wagon] off to look super ripped and then post it. lets see how my week goes.   22. Online after like 7 days of not being it. Will try to respond to everything :). I have maintained my working out but haven't done it as hard as last week. Therefore, I have noticed my arm to be not as toned. Will try to type fast, 12:08pm atm. Wanna do a 1hr workout (1hr straight) today.. its sunday. Me = mr. shallow Well, I guess I'm shallow. I don't see nothing wrong with trying to score the hottest and prettiest chicks around. I don't judge people on how they look though, its just that when I see some pretty girl making out with a lame guy, it angers me for some reason >_> ZOX I would suggest you get educated about muscles first. I didn't at first but I guess it's useful. Google the following: ARM MUSCLES, (what is, foods w/ high levels of) potassium, calcium, protein, bicep workouts, triceps workouts, deltoids workouts At first, I just did lots of Bicep Curls and increased the weight as the previous amount got easier, then I moved onto triceps. LALALALA Your arms have become toned because you have burnt all the fat in them, therefore exposing the small triceps, deltoids, and biceps you have. Though, they must look toned but skinny-man muscles. I bet. There is a difference between having skinny toned arms, and toned arms. With skinny arms, you see a straight line (yet you see the toned arm), with true toned arms, you see the bicep making a huge bump and the tricep as well. Your 6ft 1inch, thats enough for me to conclude what I have concluded... I'm 6ft 1inch too but 175 to 180lbs, I'm not skinny, nor fat, or bulky, I'm just good for my size and have a toned/defined body (pretty much just arms, working on abs). Weightlifting & anything not cardio related, does burn fat but not as much as cardio stuff. As time passes, unneccasry fat in your arms will burn therefore making your other muscles more visible, as more time passes, those muscles will get stronger and bigger and you got toned arms... Is wii fit any good for strength extercises? No Does running build much muscle? Only leg muscles, no upper body muscles at all Do strength excercises help burn fat? Over time and with much determination, it will. when I have huge biceps, where do i get my 99 str cape? You will obtain a real life 99str cape when you have a hot chick by your side and you being able to grab her as without her calling the cops/security on you. I got my rl cape a few months ago :lol: I just thought of this, my ultimate goal is to score Megan Fox. With the way how my body and personality is developing, its pretty possible ^_^. She is 22 atm, I'm 15, in 3 years I will be 18 and she 25. Still very possible :). You can say "keep on dreaming, 'KID'" but your wrong cuz I dreamed about having toned arms and thought I never would have them but now I do so ye :). I just gotta meet her. Oh and, I just got myself one of those perfect pushup things! They are sooooooooo good man. Great tricep stuff :) I don't see all this "op = shallow" thing as flaming lol..   23. SCHO0L!? lets see when there is NOT school: dec 31 to jan 10 in some schools there is a break + VACATIONS, every other months HAVE SCHOOL. Except for days without (like labor day ect). THERE IS ALWAYS SCHOOL lAME REASONS. The numbers were even lower before vacations.
  24. See, denial is still very high. School? there is always school in the US. Except for vacation. Even for vacations, excuses are made up.
