meh str is overrated. defence provides the need for less food and they are coming out with 80+ wepons and armor later so str is backed up by atk and def.. berzerker helm barrows gloves rune drf/obby shield all require def without atk the max hit eith an iron skimmy is only 16 or so but with 70 atk you can hit in the 40's with whips!! Why? IMO it will help you train faster by hitting less 0's i reccomend str next for fast training then def or leave str alone and get 99 atk and def and stake: for trainin ill add a samll part of my guide located in graveyard h and a and pmg....

ive used this for blue dragon killing and at around 300 gp per dragon im making 3.7k per dragon thats like a 3400 profit per drag and they droped laws which suported teles back. good guide for low budget ppls(used to be one till the day i got a whip pk back when they were 2.5m)

what i would do is buy or make 120 home teletabs and cammy ones.. put ur home in rellaka.. go to waterbirth get a load of snapes use cammy tab and bank and repeat that will get u around a mil a day

or you could just sell ur dds and buy 100 laws and air staff and 00 fires and make 100 varrock teletabs abnd sell 3k ea in edge on pking worlds

a good way to make 200k-300k an hour is to make fally tele tabs and pick up snapes on hobgoblin area and tele back to fally and run down west side and use shortcut

as soon as i get 60 or 70 range im becoming a member ill have 1 def and i want to keep it that way.. what are some good quets i can do to rasie range, atk,str, and magic with no def xp?

i highly reccomend the flesh crawlers of the lvl 2 sos for any skill but mage and prayer.. i got over 8k fires and 200 unids from training def from 64 to 65 here. food is rarely used.. i had to waiste alot of trout and salmon there. they have 25 hp and 100 exp each!!
