i've heard that greater demons drop lots of clues, if u wanna train mage on them just bring runes for teletkinetic grab and mage them in the cage in gutanoth

ok, yesterday i did my first barrows run in lvl 94 combat(lol) and now i've done over 15 runs but no items yet=(. so i was wondering when is it normal to get ur first item?

shield: dragon sq or obby shield cape: if u can get the fire cape that's the best but if not stick to legends or obby cape

if u wield full intiate, anti fire shield, whip, climbing boots and the best RFD gloves u can get i think u can kill some drags without pots

i think the only way to wiev it is to look u up on high scores Edit: i thought u meant ur total overall exp but for the skills it's just to hold the mouse over a stat for 2 secs
