I'm not sure how to use them in stat boosting. Apperntly they can raise or lower a skill by 8. Say if I wanted to raise my smithing, what would I do?

Good idea apart from when pkers disguise themselves, giving you a false sence of security, then attacking you from behind when you think it's safe.

I'll start with the hardest first; smiting. I don't really know what to do with millions of gold bars, maybe I could use them to get my crafting up.

It's not the BEATEN BOOK from elemental workshop 2 and when I have the SLASHED BOOK in invo it isn't crossed off in list.

I need to get the battered book for mourning ends part 2. I've tried seaching the bookcase for elemental workshop but it says slashed book. I think they changed it since the new quest. Where can I get the 'Battered Book'?

The sand pit outside berts is right next to the house portal, and close to a bank. So you can get loads quite easily.

There isn't a way to check how much people have finished every single quest... But there is a way to narrow it down. The hardest skill to get is 55 Herblore for Fairy Tale II: Cure A Queen. So at the very most, there are 58,669 people with a quest cape. No, the hardest skill for quests is the 65 smithing for devoius minds. -
I have some questions about the quest; Morning Ends Part 2. 1. Could I do it? 2. How high do I need to get my agility? 3. Is 62 agility too low? 4. Where is the best place to train agility? 5. Is morning ends part 2 hard? If using tip it's guide?

What is the tallest, largest and biggest monster? I would say Slash Bash from zogre fleash eaters, but I did that quest a long time ago...

I think you can get them from the costume room, a new update for constrcution. I hope it's not a high level to build.

most RESPECTED may be thieving or farming as very few people will be wearing them. -
If your F2P you only need 59 mage, although you might want to use it to grow hp. Also why 31 prayer?

she froze me alot and i drank 2 full super restores, i didn't eat though. I'm on the mother now and the gear i'm wearing is: Seers helm Mystic top God cape Glory Lava mystic staff Zammy book torag's legs mage boots dragon gloves Hopefully that will be enough to protect against her range attacks.
