It's not the BEATEN BOOK from elemental workshop 2 and when I have the SLASHED BOOK in invo it isn't crossed off in list.

I need to get the battered book for mourning ends part 2. I've tried seaching the bookcase for elemental workshop but it says slashed book. I think they changed it since the new quest. Where can I get the 'Battered Book'?

The sand pit outside berts is right next to the house portal, and close to a bank. So you can get loads quite easily.

There isn't a way to check how much people have finished every single quest... But there is a way to narrow it down. The hardest skill to get is 55 Herblore for Fairy Tale II: Cure A Queen. So at the very most, there are 58,669 people with a quest cape. No, the hardest skill for quests is the 65 smithing for devoius minds.

I think you can get them from the costume room, a new update for constrcution. I hope it's not a high level to build.
