I want to change the RS Windows Client Icon to a Blue Party Hat. How would i do this? I'm not sure how to get it to show up on the icon list.

I made this sig for my friend. I just put in what he wanted. Personally i think it looks pretty good. I need to work on the flames in the back and shading but otherwise i feel good about it :) what do you think of it?

I dont think its right. These are the only reasons i think it should be permitted: -if its going to be life threating to the mother -pregnancy was cause by rape -the family cannot offard the child without filing backrupcy Other than that i dont think they should be able to have an abortion.
