  1. As an atheist i find that believing or not believing wasn't a decision, it was just that way for as long as i can remember - no one influenced me to believe or not believe, i just plain didn't.
  2. What im about to say might come out a bit incoherent, but i'll give a try anyway. Most of what im going to say is going to be groundwork in a manner of speaking, and it may seem a bit random, but you'll see where im going (or not going) - feel free to point out anything that i say that may be wrong. I'm not so much providing the basis of why there is a god, or why there isn't - just whats been flying through my mind as i read these topics. We all know that in history, what the historian writes down becomes the truth, but he has his prejudiced view of what happened and so writes his own version which is slightly twisted, and therefore the truth is twisted (providing he is the only one who is allowed to write about it at the time). But everybody who reads it say 1000 years later, take it for the truth, and it becomes the truth, it doesn't matter what really happened, because when the large majority of the population believe that that was how it happened, it is the truth. Where am i going with this? I'm not exactly sure. Muslim and Christianity, two different types of religions, two different gods, both believe that their god is the one god. How does that work? With the point of some supernatural or divine if you will force creating the universe, and both religions believing that that driving force was their own god, and both are equally .. how do i say this, 'totally believe it'. It's hard to say but.. both believe they are completely right, and so in a way, both are right. From the third person's perspective. Yet that can't be right, can it? Unless both gods are just one - which brings up many interesting points such as, why doesn't 'god' just make it 1 religion? :P Oh btw, im an atheist i guess.
  3. I'm here, and your car's there. I don't like the way things are at the moment. |:
  4. Alas, if only rs chars were more appealing to the eye, but then, if it were, maybe the sig wouldn't have had the same simplistic effect? :P looks nice.
  5. yeah, the planet ring gets cut off and the glow on the closest planet is cut off to the top left, choose no.2. Your own work is always better :P
  6. forsaken replied to Isaac's topic in Art and Media
    change it to high quality jpeg, the quality should be much better (:
  7. The border i find a bit wide, maybe reduce it by 1 or 2 (maybe more pixels) so that it looks better? thats my opinion, your smilie looks [developmentally delayed]ed - and i mean that in a good way :D
  8. to those who noticed it was inverted, if you read the first line you'd know that afterwards i decided to play around and invert it, and found out it actually looked alright (: eh.. no one likes the font? ); ill have to fix that.. some day :P
  9. gray doesnt look that great, i say keep your old one. (:
  10. nice, i don't think the font really fits in though (:
  11. the roofs perspective looks off, the rest is good though (:
  12. *ahem* *ahem* SEE NAD?! (;
  13. Well i guess i made the text that way with the intention that you could understand what it said without needed any help from seeing my nick :P
  14. I made two sigs, the original is the blue one, i was bored so i messed around and inverted it and - surprise surprise, i found it actually looked pretty nice (: no.1 no.2 thanks (:
  15. nice layout, but the font for the 4 'windows' titles look slightly too chunky if you ask me, not sure if it's just the font, or the size (: in my opinion that is.
  16. lol, about 5 years ago?
  17. already been said, add a border, make the text nicer (pink doesn't look good, and its too plain - unless plain is the look your going for) plus, the smaller version of one of your works i think you shouldnt use, because it lacks the detail that makes it special when its larger.
