it works if you copy and paste it into another window's address and enter it, but it doesn't load normally. edit - okay, you know the darker tabs where you put the title for the windows? lighten that up a bit, you can barely see it as the back ground is black, and its a bit plain, maybe get a bit of linework into it, not that i can talk. :P looks pretty nice otherwise. - and it might just be my computer being [developmentally delayed]ed, so don't be too hasty to upload it another place. :P

Okay. I give you a valid reason, how am i supposed to know whether you took a bg or didn't. Is that how you reply to constructive criticism? Flame and then bag out the own persons signature? If that's the way you act, then don't come here asking people to rate your signature, simple as that.

Spiffy, very spiffy. :P greener one i prefer, no particular reason. maybe the fact that it contrasts with the bg and makes the focal point stand out more. :P

very nice, but still lacking, the 'explosion' of water isn't large enough, the brightness is basically the same of the rest of the lights, maybe make it lighter. 8/10

as said, no one has the 1337est sig, everyone has their own tastes and style, so everyone will have a different sig in mind when they think of the 'best' sig.

I think it's cause we've all got it in our minds that its JUST the 1600 * 1200 wallpaper, and that everyone who isn't doing that isn't going into this thread, therefore not seeing your edit of buying a sig. Add it into your title, i'm guessing you'll get people to enter as well, i would, but im a bit imagination dry atm.
