People that don't like range but recognize the need to get it up to a high level usually go with chinning on ape atoll that way they can get it over with quickly and painlessly. If you were to continue on doing it with slayer I would suggest using a rune crossbow + broad-tipped bolts.

Definitely buy Guthans... it is more beneficial to what you are trying to accomplish. Just make sure when you use guthans on tasks you keep the spear and helm in your inventory and only put them on to heal... when fully healed switch back to your black mask and whip/d scimmy/SS (whatever your training weapon is) Dharoks is only really good for maxxing and power training strength.

I am not 100% sure but I can say that for some reason it will hold 12 glories but only if I insert them individually. If I click 'store all' it won't let me. I don't know if that is any help.. probably not.

I don't know much but I believe its a 1 click spell. As in you click once to make and inv of planks. I could be wrong though you may have to click each log seperately. Also I do not know exact prices but last I checked the best log to plank was teaks. Costing you about 3 gp/exp. The exp/hour I don't know either lol. However, talking with MrMoocky, he told me he was getting about 1m exp/day playing roughly 8 hour days. Give or take. You need more than one monk for it to be effective though, you only need 1 whip.. but I will retract my statement of it being the most used item because there are many many items out there. I will say the most used weapon in the game... that better pumpkin?

To be honest with you, whether it ever hits that low again or not it really shouldn't matter. You will GAIN so much more money from using a whip that it seems almost senseless NOT to buy one at 3m. Just buy one now, if you don't have the money, save until you can. It is the 1 item in RS that I can say is the most used item ever.

Finally someone with a bit of sense. I see so many guides and players saying sara gear is necessary when it's really not! Actually the best spot to kill Avi's outside of the Encampment has Sara NPC's near-by so it actually is necessary if you want to use the best spot. Also, sub out the lava staff with fire runes. They are cheap enough to the point where you don't have to worry about bringing 1,000 or so of them.. Another bonus is you don't have to take time in between kills to alch you can shoot your bow, alch and then return to attacking your turn again with no wait.. cuts down on the time.

You are probably forgetting this. 1.3 superglass per invent not just 1. And you can use seaweed instead of soda ash.

Typically I would say Duradel if you are over 100 f2p combat. It's just the best exp you can get as well as charms too. Even though you are only using range I would still go with Lapalok since you want a good amount of charms in the process too. The tasks will be long and boring but this is the path we chose lol (I say we because I am slaying to 99 ranged atm)

The ability to imbue your ring is a reward from playing Mobilizing Armies the new mini-game. I have no information, other than that, about the mini-game. I have never played it nor will I ever, but you could look into it if you are interested. The only other ring I can think of that's worth Imbuing is the Onyx ring, but that costs 2.4 m and gives +6 bonus to all the attack and defence stats. However, if you are going to use it for training you will probably use a whip/d scimmy or SS which all the attacks you use will be slashing style (except the SS which may be used with Crush for certain things). So you'd be better off paying 327k for a Warrior ring and imbue that for a +8 slash bonus.

First off ditch the BCP, d legs and explorer ring. Void even with 99 defence + a bunyip I was still getting hit to much. Get Proselyte and a Warrior/Berserker ring (imbue it if you can be bothered) and USE PIETY (if not already) I got to 99 attack in about a week from 97. Maybe a week n a half with taking a few days off in the middle. I found Void to be better exp/hour since I spent less time running up and down the ladder and more time killing Zombs. ---- I will be honest with you I did not try out a BCP + Tassets but compared to Void I was getting better exp rates with Prossy.

I prefer the warrior ring personally.. I don't think +4 str constitutes a 3m price tag for the Zerker. But if you imbue the zerker it may be worth it, +8 str bonus should be enough to show some kind of difference.

Do you know about how much crafting exp/hour you get with fish bowls?

If I do super-glass make is there something I could turn the glass into to get a good amount of crafting exp as well with minimum loss/profit or is selling the molten glass the only way to profit off this spell??

I think I may just go with superglass make until 94 then plank make teaks until 98.9... does this sound like a good idea?

Bursting was one of my ideas to go for 98 that way I could get some charms and a few summoning levels but I am not sure if I have the cash for it. When I said MTA I meant enchanting in particular as I know that is the way people like to go to get the most mage exp there. I did that from 87-90 and it was not particularly fun. That's why I said no MTA.. meaning any of it.

(maybe less) so I figured I would get a jump on figuring out how to get 98 mage... just incase I have to buy something that requires time in GE. Currently I have 21.6m and I am ranging Tzhaar Ket's and Xil's till 98 range then probably something else until about 1k from 99. I will probably end up with 30m to mess around with give or take. I won't spend any on range maybe 1m on bronze knives/broad bolts but other than that nothing. Also I have access to all spell books and spells up to level 90. Also there is 1 thing I will absolutely just not do.. that would be MTA.. I bored myself completely to death on MTA so I would rather not. Doubt it. Maybe a pure who has done the quest could answer better than I.

Well a lot of people on the RSOF will use scouters to find them dragon imps and then split or even give the loot to the scouter. Now I don't know if 6 in an hour is a lot or not for these people but I am sure its possible.

Normally it would be an 8/10 but since you spent all your money on a goal that you wanted you get a 9/10. Grats.. I did the same with prayer.. way to spend all your money and worry about making it back later! =D>

Good luck making back that 4m... just keep going on with slayer, it will come back eventually. Don't let it hinder your progress.

I think I am the only one on this forum that can out Baconator you... yea I said it.. In fact I just got done eating one caught Wendy right before she closed up shop. Good luck on the rest of the goals though.

EDIT: I believe I was sorely mistaken.. it says to kill a big snake (level 84) and there are more than one down there.
