    Ok, so it actually decreases your magic xp gained, and not your hp? Btw, with a spell, when you cast it you get the base xp + amount of damage done right? So like you do a spell with base of 30 then do 10 damage you get 40 xp (If you were NOT getting def)... is that right?

    Hey when you have a staff and can "set" a spell, how is the exp/hp/def exp calculated when you fight with defence tab selected? Really need to know, thanks!

    ok and do metal drags get hit the hardest outa all decent lvl monsters? cos ide rather not use antifires from like 70-94 mage might cos me a LOOOOT lol

    haha noo I dont.. its already going to take like 20m outa my pocket (probs a lot more) can you answer me this as you are helpful: on the calc it said im gonna need aprox like 200k fire bolts to get there... this is as the base xp per spell... how much do u reckon i can take off that? im sure ill get more than the base exp each time.. (most times)

    Ohh ok yeh well i just came back to rs so havnt really checked it out but I have just heard of people getting their hp up with it.

    oh ok cheers, so fire bolt it is with chaos gaunts... do they really make u hit that much better?

    Yea you can do it with pest control, and genie lamps (but they are so rare its not worth worrying about).

    Ok im going to be maging to 94 magic with chaos or death rune spells (i can afford it). This will mean I will get a lot of HP exp, but I am wondering what about happens when you have a spell set and you select it to train def aswell. If I have it on def (i get def exp ofcourse)...but how much def and hp exp will i get compared to the magic exp? Really need this info! Thanks

    took me one day to get to 60 magic doing teleports etc... but thats quite expencive (millions). I would suggest collecting any runes you can and just using them when you can... seeing as you have nothing to use at the moment.

    i did mage arena at lvl 33 with 60 magic and 10 hp... its not THAT hard a task lol. you will need about MAXIMUM 150 fire blasts and protect prayer will make not get hit once by them. I have no pray so i had to run in and shoot then run out, and if i got hit once i was dead lol...
