Test Test OnetwoOnetwo Hello and welcome, this is only a testing post, so I'll be succint. Well maybe. I'm probably going to be posting a lot here, even if very few people will read it, its nice to have a place to vent. Not that I have much that I think is particularly interesting to talk about, but you never know, my life could take a turn away from the mundane at any time, so heres to hoping. To get slightly more topical, I'm liking IPB so far. I'd like to see profile pictures implemented fully, and maybe give batch upload to us (although I can see why thats an issue), but aside from that, its looking pretty awesome at the moment. The deflection theme isnt bad, but it is simply no substitute for the good old tipit_theme, which I would love to see make a comeback. Of course it is early days, so we'll see what happens. Hopefully this post works fine and you can read this now. -Jack

If your highest dps is 4.5k its really a problem. You need to do abub in one chase phase, we had problems with this at the start but once we went with 2 healers and dps knew when to switch to the adds we got close to a kill. You should also remmeber that rogues, mages and paladins can kite anub arak without breaking any ice if you are having problems with using up too many of the frozen orbs. we were trying 10 man HC yesterday and managed to get him into P3 with 3 healers, but yeah, it was way too tight, and we'll probably switch to 2.

I'd never noticed the similarity until now, but now that you've mentioned it, it seems very likely.

you think they look cool?! really?! Also when you cloak as a spy they stay visible, so... yeah, nice hat. Honestly, this has got to be the most catastrophically bad handling of a situation EVER. Leaving aside my personal feelings for valve (Circling the drain), they've made a mountain out of a molehill at the very least.

45 people turn up on reset day, 24 people turn up the day after. Gotta love it.

cleared normal mode totc25 today, starting heroic tommorow. Got a 245 mace and shoulders 8-)

from reading over the IPB site, some of the features looks insanely good, but I have a few questions. Will you be using the download bit of the community package at all? If the blogging thing is enabled, will we be able to fully customize the CSS on our blogs? It looks like the gallery supports videos and such, but will youtube (and maybe other flash video) still be embeddable? Will you be using the OpenID / Facebook integration feature?

Does the book have different orders in which you need to read it? ;) :lol: the first book contains the episodes "the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya" parts 1-6. I.e. the first book is the essential plot from the first season and none of the other stuff.

Alright, I need to ask it. Why is it that kid=idiot? It annoys the hell out of me. Sure it does happen sometimes, but thats more of an console thing. Alot of the real idiots are the people that realize it's not a run'n'gun fps and quit early on. if a kid is mature enough, you wouldnt be able to tell he was a kid would you? Somebody comes on to the server to play, you dont know how old they are, its only when they start making an idiot of themselves you can work it out.

Water boy or happy gilmore. I absolutely detest a lot of his more recent movies though.

Its not really his fault people laughed at it though. I certainly didnt, but I also noticed people in the cinema who did. Its just something about cinemas which makes people laugh at EVERYTHING they see on the screen if they go in to watch a comedy. Looking back, there was an awful lot of dailogue, but it didnt seem to drag on at all. The first chapter especially, long, but not boring. Chapter 4 was probably the only one which I thought should have been a bit shorter. And just to nitpick a bit, I dont know about the French, but the German seemed a bit off at times compared to what the subtitles were saying.

I bloody hate football hooliganism movies. Even worse than the "Genre" movies. Not because the films themselves are inherently bad, but because every time one comes out, (see Greenstreet, Football factory, ect,) you get hordes of idiots thinking its funny to repeat every goddam line of the film over and over in a bad imitation of whatever accent it is that the guys in the film had. GAH!

Finally bothered to update the OP. also, joined the steam group, hopefully we can get this thing going :D

unbelievably good. Saw it last night, easily the best film I've seen this year. But then again, district 9 hasnt been released here yet :P
