Save your Horn for agility,much better time spent using it there than somewhere thats not going to cost you a gp imho,but each to there own =)

1. Any new combat gear I should get for doing slayer? nope,still bando + sw cape + helm,you could invest in steadfast boots but not necessary 2. Are frost dragons do able again? yeah,but a new blue orb has been added that hits you if you attack while its active(stop attacking to avoid damage) 3. Any updates I might have missed that are cool/important? RoTM quest (New npc to kill/get loot off after its complete)
