paint is good to start in but to draw something that looks good go into graphics gale draw a picture with the pencil and colour it in with pencil and paint bucket to give shading like this or like this

aw man this is gunna take so long to draw this is the start although the postures of the people need work -

shading on second 1 looks really goos but i'd say work on the outline of ranger in second one
