  1. How much are your homing beacons? Couple million, not too much. 2mil for borrowed frequency, 4mil for me to make you one for your own uses. Okay, I'd like to buy a couple because I'm going to make a departure soon. By the way, how many years are left for my clone soldiers? If they're close to dying from old age, I'd like to purchase another 2 million, please.

  3. Well, Ross was only making an example that the soldiers could block a single bullet, at most. That doesn't necessarily mean that Dungeonal wants to do that. Anyway, from a standpoint that the other races that people created (although I think Ross' race makes more sense) were rather illogical, why not allow him to have a race of humans that have special abilities? Granted, the telekinesis wouldn't serve much use at all, but I do not see how it is anymore illogical than an alien ship hurtling out of the sky and not causing more damage than it did (and people being turned into insectoid aliens after they came in contact with the ship). It is not anymore illogical than one's race magically becoming lizard people, either. I agree that the abilities should be balanced, but I do not agree that it is anymore illogical than rainbowmancers, reptilians, insectoids, and mermaids. I do believe that he said that it was chemically-induced. You would have to consult Dungeonal on that, though. He made a post before the old forums were deleted about it.
  4. Sorry, Hex, but if you tried to breathe liquid air you'd freeze to death. I wouldn't be breathing air I'd be breathing perfluorocarbons. The rainbowmancers strong insides would allow it. Perfluorocarbons are actually legit. The only problem with them is the fact that the PFCs are twice as dense as water and can cause problems with gas exchange.
  5. Project Stellar Strife: 4/6* Okay, this project is now having stuff added to it. I will have the tech for stellar fighters in two days, but I am going to add a part B to the project itself, which will deal with AI for unmanned fighters. Ross has given me some of his AI tech in order for me to study and adapt it for unmanned stellar fighters due to the fighters' ability for complex manoeuvres. This will give me a huge advantage within the field of unmanned fighters due to the elimination of the human element, allowing for more complex manoeuvres, last-second commands, faster/more accurate firing, etc. Project Stellar Strife B will take another 8 years to complete. Project Stellar Strife A: 4/6 Project Stellar Strife B: 0/8 ---- We are now producing 150 Helios spheres over the course of 4 years, costing 3.75 billion total.
  6. Pax Britannica: 17/20 (will be done Friday) 2 long-range colony ships: 3/6 4 battlecruisers: 2/6 Project Stellar Strife: 4/6 S2E: 7/10 Just a clarification: All of my ships (excluding my only Mars colony ship) have warp engines, which will only be usable by the time the Dyson bubble is finished. However, they are also capable of conventional travel, and they can travel at near-luminal speeds. Project Stellar Strife involves unmanned stellar fighter craft that can be stored in Pax Britannica's hangars.
  7. Well it should have said that! I could have done that, instead of being an idiot and thinking "saving" them meant SAVING them. This pisses me off alot. I assume everyone knows everything I posted, cause I sure as hell don't anymore. Go to File -> Work Offline ->History -> Search "drafts"
  8. So India now has the amount of people currently on Earth times 200?!? Epic typo.
  9. I have to say it. I'm not that big of a fan. At least it adds some new features, and I like the "X viewing topic, replying, etc" feature.
  10. Pax Britannica: 16/20 (will be done Friday) 2 long-range colony ships: 2/6 4 battlecruisers: 1/6 Project Stellar Strife: 3/6 S2E: 6/10 I am currently training new crew members for the colony ships and all of the battle cruisers, along with the Pax Britannica.
  11. Doom I have a question. If I Pm'd you the plans for project HADES so that you could tell me if they were realistic would you not tell? ( Still wanna keep this under wraps but I can change the project if I have to) Don't share it with anyone outside of the NWO. I'm not saying Doom is not trustworthy, but it's just standard NWO protocol, considering some of the superpowers treat the game like an arms race. *ahem* Anyway, I'll begin construction on our first nukes in years sometime in the future. The knowledge is already here, so it should be as simple as building them after getting the materials. I would prefer to have Pax Britannica built before building the nuclear weapons (fusion). I will collaborate with other NWO members about the ship and Codename RAY whenever I get enough time. For now, though, I'm going to bed because I have school in the morning.
  12. I love the pirate Google. Too bad we can't keep it all the time. :( First on third page, mateys. Yaarrr
  13. Wait, how are you in college if you're only 16? Unless you're doing concurrent credits, most American teens don't go to college until 18 or 20.
  14. What makes you say that? I mean in Real Life. And I've planned on that for a while, though it depends on how college goes. Sounds cool. Any specific European country?
  15. What makes you say that?
  16. Dusty's life extension drug was done on Haven, right?
  17. Maybe instead of a new concept thread, we should make a thread for reasons like to iron out problems in the rules, make the game more competitive and less monotonous, and be able to edit the first post with the map? We could even create a thread and have a mod merge our posts over, but we control the thread since fastortoise won't bother with it anymore. Hell, we could create multiple versions of this game so people can play their own way.
  18. Sounds fair to me.
  19. You're probably right about the fact that it probably isn't the best idea to start off on the project. I should probably produce/purchase several harvester ships and use the rotation system that I designed. You gotta admit. That would be a pretty cool ship. Twenty years to build and costing a few trillion isn't exactly bad, either. It allows me to make modifications and pay over a long period of time, which keeps me from going bankrupt. By the way. Can we use nukes with fusion triggers as long as it's for space warfare only? Fusion triggers don't give off radiation, but you still have the big boom that's needed for intergalactic warfare. Using ICBMs for intergalactic warfare are plinksters to be honest.
  20. By the way, I have a 140 billion surplus because I didn't spend on anything (other than construction on the shipyard and the colony ship).l Now... What to use that 140 billion on? @ Doom: How much would a large battleship cost that incorporates S2E missiles, ARC cannons, plasma weapons, and Ross's AI? I'm looking for a large, city-sized battleship that has some of the most advanced technology and can hold thousands of people. I might even incorporate plasma shielding (I can buy the machine that produces the plasma shield if you want). Based off of the design for Battlestar Galactica. I'm also wanting to build a hangar in the ship, which will house Lancelots and a special type of space/air craft that I'm thinking about creating.
  21. Yeah, you're right. 60 billion, not 60 million. I guess Runescape affected my math. :P
  22. Doom and Dusty are offering African land to all newcomers. Other people won't give up their land.
  23. Alright. How are we doing the payments? Is it just assumed that it comes out of my military budget? (Looking at paying 60M a year if that's fine) By the way, arrow, either Russia or Kazakh owns Ukraine. I doubt either would give up any of their land, though.
  24. Is my colony ship ready yet, Doom? Also, I might look into buying more clone soldiers from Rpg. They would really be good for sending to Mars and my future new planet so they could protect my colonies. I can send another full-blooded Britannian to Kamino whenever I decide to buy more. Maybe Rpg could alter his drug to make the clones never age past 25 and STILL have a lengthened life span.
