We have decided to create a lottery system. Due to excess money that we get every year, 8b of that excess will be given freely to people living in our provinces. No one has to purchase anything; we freely give money as part of our great generosity. The lottery will be broken down like this: -1b jackpot for the British Isles -1b jackpot for Japan -1b jackpot for our territory in the Pacific -2b jackpot for Africa -3b jackpot for India Drawings will be annual, and everyone has an equal chance of winning. In other news, the colony ships have arrived from Britanniae, and they are being loaded with citizens. The ships will go to Zhoreuc, then they will come back and transport more colonists from Earth to Britanniae.

What do you want for Halloween?
I was kind of disappointed last year with the broomstick. It was really great, but we couldn't fly on it. I personally wouldn't mind us having something that enables us to fly, but I know that it'll never happen. Maybe we'll get some wicked looking demonic/bat wings that we can wear in our cape slot. I'd prefer to get some neat item and a quest that rewards us with a useful item like the broomstick. I'd prefer something that could teleport us around for free.

We have finally come to the conclusion that Part III of Project Gala should be canceled. Instead, we will divert the money into infrastructure.

I'm going to post yesterday's report today due to the unforeseen forum downtime. The anti-poverty programme in India continues to go well. Another 100b goes into the fund in order to continue the relocation of some Indians into Burma and Aether. Money is still being used in order to convert infrastructure in Aether into something habitable for humans, as well as creating new jobs and settlements throughout the regions of Burma and Aether. Four years are left for the civilian training programme. We have started Project Gala. It'll be divided into six parts. More will be revealed later. A few nukes have been produced at the facility in Scotland over the past few years. Naval output continues. Six submarines and 12 Antagonist-class anti-air cruisers will be built. This will cost around 108 billion. The land-based defence grid improvements are complete. Money left unspent: 58 billion --------------------------------------------------- Now for today's post. Project Gala: Part I: 1/8 (10b/year) Part II: 1/8 (25b/year) Part III: 1/10 (50b/year) Part IV: 1/12 (35b/year) Part V: 1/12 (25b/year) Part VI: 1/14 (20b/year) Project India continues. Conversion of Aether's infrastructure will be finished, and new jobs and settlements will continue to be produced. Indians will be gradually moving into these new areas. 100b goes into the fund for this year. Three years are left until civilian training is complete. Naval output continues. Fifteen Antagonist-class anti-air cruisers and three Iroquois-class destroyers will be built. This will cost around 114 billion. Money left over from this year: 52 billion.

Someone already tried to research lightsabres a long time ago, and it was determined that they would be impossible due to physics. You can still research it if you really want, I guess. I'm just warning you that there's a 99.9% chance that you won't be able to make them due to them violating the laws of physics. @RpgGamer: I'm fine with that. Just be sure to reinforce the underground cities so there aren't any cave-ins.

A unit of Federation Marines has been dispatched, along with a diplo team to the planet. The species seems to be a primitive cave-dwelling creature, they're going to try and capture one alive to poke around and see what makes it tick. Am I right? :P

Also, Doom, could you please add the Britannian Empire to the systems list as the owner of Etematec in Sega-Res? (Also, the planet has been renamed to Britanniae.) -- Five years are left until civilian training is complete. Five frigates, 11 submarines, and 2 air craft carriers are being rebuilt and outfitted with modern technology for a cost of 108 billion. Fifty basic fighter jets are being remade for 25 billion. The Britannian government plans to sponsor a programme that will drastically decrease poverty in India by relocating Indians into land purchased from Aether and Burma over some years. Infrastructure in Aether will be modified for humans to live in, and new jobs will be created. The same will happen in Burma. We currently do not know how long this endeavour will take, but we are looking at 10-15 years. For this year, we are funding 100 billion into the project. Money left over from this year: 198 billion

Two colony ships from Britanniae are heading back to Earth in order to pick up more colonists. My Mars ship will also go ahead and pick up another 15,000 colonists and take them to New Britannia. Another 12 frigates will be finished in one month. The three naval shipyards in India are finished.

I unveal the cloaked jumpers in space and fire several drones at your ships, six hit the engines on both ships, three hits the bridges causing explosive decompression within the ships and four hit near the center of each ship causing them to both be split in two, the rest were shot down by your railguns. One of the bombs fell down at Dakara(the rest were destroyed when the last drones hit) but hit a fresh dune that dampened the blow enough for it not to go off. A tel'tac then arrives to pick up the bomb and carry it into orbit around the sun, where it descends and is incinerated. -This was not meant as an aggressive act and was purely done in self-defense due to manhandling. -Do not bring Hextriplet into this. Since this is a battle, the war mechanic is necessary.

Not much has happened, really. Frigates are being remade and outfitted with modern technology, blah blah blah. Project Stellar Strife B is finished. Six more years are left until civilian training is complete. More money is being given to Ross until Aether is paid off. The nuclear facility in Northern Scotland is complete. Production has began at the facility. The naval shipyards in India should be finished soon. (one more year) I believe this is all.- Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
RPG, I ordered another 2 million clones. Are they ready?- Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
Project Stellar Strife B: 7/8 NPF (Nuclear Production Facility) in N. Scotland: 2/3 Civilian military training: 3/10 (7 more years) Naval shipyards in India: 1/3 The 12 frigates should be finished in a few more months, and the rest of the frigates should take around another year or so. 270b not spent today.- Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
Ignore Mather. Those aren't even the rules; the rules are on the front page of THIS thread.- Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
Because the destroyers are nearing completion, I am going to produce 12 frigates a year until all 29 of my old frigates are remade and outfitted with new technology. This endeavour will cost 72 billion/year. Three naval shipyards are being built over the next three years. This project will cost 50b a year.- Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
Why did you put the Indian flag by the Britannian flag?- Unjustified censorship!
I think private clan chats should have an option that enables you to disable a censor. Once you attempt to enter such chats, you get a disclaimer. If you enter the chat anyway, you accept that Jagex is not responsible for what goes on in the chat.- Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
