ah, yea thats wat i was thinking. well thanx guys i currently have full rune (t) and im getting full sara as soon as i get the money(which is gonna take a while..:wall:)

technically fighting weaker lvl creatures like men and cows actually give the best xp, because u can hit them easier and they don't have such a high defence, but yes, lessers do have some good drops. what i do is i fight mossys in crandor (you need to do dragon slayer before you can go there, i was lvl47 when i beat it, it shouldn't be hard) because they have big bones that are good for prayer, a few nice rune drops, and some weaponry that can be sold for a little bit of cash.

this is just a random question that popped into my head. anyone know?

not if you post a message on forums (pick n apron bazaar) asking for a runner for iron, ppl will understand wat u need, at least for me, and the trade works perfectly, much faster than dropping the ores, even if he did press accept twice. i find this the best way to gain xp, you mine the ores till full inv, give it to the runner, and by the time he is back u will hav another full inv of iron. i usually do this in the two varrok mines tho.

i was reading a message on these forums earlier and i saw someone say that one merchanting method is to buy eye of newts from a store for 3gp each and sell at forums for 200gp each. if this is true, then there must be some kind of catch. is there? :?:

one dude told me that there was this tree in the wildy located near the rune rocks, right where the v is in the label "Lava Maze" on the tip.it wildy map, and he said if u cut it, you would get 1.3mil or something. i don't really belive this, but before you say no there is no such thing, plz be sure about it.

you just hav to buy them from ppl, the helm is 30k, im not sure about the kiteshield. u need 40 defence to wear them

when i practice my combat level, i usually go fight mossys cuz i like their drops. i hav full rune, and you can see my stats in my sig. when i fight them, should i use a scimmy or a 2h? if i hit w a 2h, i won't hav a shield to protect myself but i might knock them out so fast that they wont be able to hurt me. btw im f2p

im f2p, im planning to make a pure melee character, but i wont practice prayer. Ive heard its a good idea to train only atk and str and leave def at 1, so i can quickly knock people out. Is this a good idea? Should i train my def a little, maybe to 20 to wear mithril? basically, my question is: which stats should i train to make a good melee pker?
