well think of it this way. if it didnt cost money what so ever..i could have 99 but instead its 17. its kinda common sense as to why it costs money..to hard to explain lol

yeah its kinda dumb. i mean like other people said people may get confused on whats what (player mods, j mods ect..) and they get more privledges just because they're top players? not fair..lol
