Yes it would. Even with selling the 4k cosmics alone at 200 each that 800K right there. Buy ess and make 1k nats and your at your goal.

Yes, you will make 800k and the ablity to craft natures. Crafting natures is about the best way to make money, you can make up to 300k a hour at level 44 alone, and around 1M a hour with 94+ runecrafting.
