Like he said, click the the part of the bridge you are near of, not the one of the other side. If your agility level is low, it might take you several tries, just keep trying. If you get a message in the chatboxo or displayed over it that says you need a higher agility level, get it. Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.
