If i do slayer jobs to kill undead monsters should I use Black mask + Salve amulet(e) and get +35% strenght and accuracy bonus? Does it work like this?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Salve amulet(e) gives a 20% boost to your strength and accuracy while fighting the undead.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Black mask, adds +15% attack and +15% strength during slayer assignments.

Sorry to say it doesn't work that way. The Salve Amulet doesn't stack with anything else, so the most you'd get would be 20% bonus against undead or 15% for slayer tasks.
