Weapon/Armour choices: Farseer Helm, Neitznot Helm, D Med, All Dragon weapons, Full Karils with xbow, Dharoks Plate body, Guthans chain skirt, Abyssal whip, Full Blue Mystic, Crystal bow, Obby shield and cape, Fighter torso, Rune Legs, Slayer staff, god cape (guthix)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What should wear and pack?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Best gear for me has been (while melee prot. prayin):

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Farseer helm, god cape, slayer staff, Zammy book, Mystic top, robe and boots

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pack: Karils top and skirt, crystal bow, prayer pot, ectophial, 200 deaths, 800 minds, law and dust runes, obby shield, d scimmy, fighter torso, rune legs. rest is tuna potatoes and monkfish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I pray protect vs. Dharok, Verac, and Karil. Then mage/range the rest of the brothers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Should I be casting slayer dart with my barrows gear on instead or do I need higher mage level?

Slayer dart is fine, you should still be hitting with armour on.

 

 

 

Your magic level is fine to be maging with barrows armour.

So stick with barrows armour (except vs. Ahrim) and keep wearing my Farseer helm, Unholy book and Mystic boots?

You could use ahrim set w/o staff, it gives you some decent melee defence bonus which you can probably do without at easier brothers like guthans and torags. When i had ahrims i didn't bring any melee armor at all. Except when fighting against ahrim switch to karils.

if you have any lower then -15 mage att bonus the cast your doing will most liky miss so if you have -15 or more you should be fine...im new to barrows too and i found that out redaying guides... :D
