No it merely allow you to cast enchant spells without jewellery for 75% of the normal exp.

 

 

 

If you make double cosmics from rcing then its very good a cheap exp.

 

 

 

You can break even if you only spend the points gained on the mage training arena armour.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

No you cant change the points for exp as you get the exp from the casting of the spells.

Buy or craft 5.4k body runes and 10.8k water runes then using a staff of earth, curse whatever with the lowest mage bonus you can manage until you run out of body runes.
