ixfd64
I've heard claims that the slayer dart is not affected by magic penalties. Is it really true? Has anyone tried it on magic resistant monsters, such as the giant mole? How about the king black dragon, KQ, and chaos elemental? Also, does it work on players, or monsters only? Thanks. Jys
That's not true. People say that because, when doing Barrow's, the Barrow's brothers have so low magic defence, even when your in the -'s for magic attack, you can still hit high.

You mean often, mage bonus does not affect how high you hit, only how often. Slayer dart is one of the few spells that hits higher the higher your mage: Its max hit is: (mage level / 10 rounded down) + 10 Drops: 1x Draconic Visage, 56x Abyssal Whip, 5x Demon Head, D Drops: 37, Barrows Drops: 43, DK Drops: 29GWD drops: 14,000x Bars, 1x Armadyl Hilt, 2x Armadyl Skirt, 4x Sara Sword, 1x Saradomin Hilt, 8x Bandos Hilt, 8x Bandos Platebody, 9x Bandos Tassets, 4x Bandos Boots, 43x Godsword Shard, 82x Dragon BootsDry streak records: Saradomin 412 kills Bandos 988 kills Spirit Mages 633 kills - Slayer Sucks
Tim
i always used to think the slayer dart was affective against barrows for some bizzare reason. though against player it might not do so well... Popoto.~<
