This is the quest cj_asm was talking about and here is a guide on how the theave the HAM people and get jewerly from them. (You alchemy the jewerly) Now if that don't help you much then you could always alchemy yew long bows, you lose around 120gp per alchemy unless you supply somthing in the bows.
