i heard from some people that some other people have started a woodcutting guild behind Varrock Castle in world 26. their they sell stuff for fletching, woodcutting and firemaking.

I vaguely remember reading here that the bank in Yanille on a certain world was the best Fletching guild.

World 132 Yanille Bank has a lot of fletchers in it.

There are trees everywhere. I don't see a point in having a Woodcutting Guild on an official sense but there's no problem with a group of people who want to get together and help each other out.
