DVD Burning

I tried out Nero the other day to try and burn some video files on the computer to a DVD. I didn't have much luck.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was able to eventually burn the DVD ok, but then it just didn't play when I put it in the DVD player for the TV.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Any ideas on how to fix the problem or any ideas on other DVD Burner software I could use?

I don't particularly like Nero, but it works. What type of DVD are you using to burn? DVD-R or DVD+R?

Did you just try to burn a video file to the DVD or did you convert it into a format that your DVD player can read?

not sure, I thought Nero would automatically change the format because it took a really long time to 'transcode' before it even began writing to the disc. I'm guessing that transcoding isn't changing the format...
