OKay.... from an earlier post, I established that once I go p2p, I will use dragon scimmy and abyssal whip. However, I have heard numerous times that the scimmy is faster than the whip. I thought it was the other way around. So, once again, which is faster?

Abyssal whip is as fast as a dagger.

 

 

 

A scimitar is slower than a dagger.

 

 

 

An abyssal whip is faster.

I see claims about speed all the time, but when I'm at PC, adn there's a guy with a whip and a guy with a scimi going at the portal, it's like synchonized attacking.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'm unable to tell the difference between Scimitar and Whip attack speeds.

Whip is faster, but less powerful in my eyes.

the 2 weapons are the same speed(check the rs knowledge database for weapon speeds.)
