I have the following items:

268k cash.

Whip.

Ddp++.

Rune (G) plate.

Rune (G) plate-legs.

Rune boots.

Obsidian cape.

Ring of Wealth.

Berkiser Helmet.

Archer Helmet.

I just did a quick estimate and that came out to be about 3m. With this 3m I would be very intrested in learining the "Arts" of merchanting.

I have done a little here and there but no "Hard-Core Merchanting".

Heres where you come in:

Should I:

A - Keep all of my items and merchant with my 268k?

B - Sell all of my items and merchant with my approximate 3m?

Also if someone could do a real calcualting job and see how much I would have it'd be great.

Thank you!

Well i made that to about 3230K.

Im not sure what to say on the merchanting front, but most of your items will never rise in price, so i'd suggest selling the whip and merchanting runes.

safe way is to buy coal for 180 ea and sell for 190-200 ea untill you have a grasp of how it works. then start with other things. you dont want to deal and high price differential but make all your money by selling bulk. that is unless you are merching barrows sets. good example of that is what ive done 4 times between having and not having veracs. i will always buy for less than 5 mill and never sell for less. people will need instant cash and all it takes to make 100-300k is patience. you can even be off training somewhere else or making money some other way. kinda killing 2 birds with 1 stone kinda thing.

I suggest selling your items and having the 3m+

Work on merchanting items of lesser expense at first, and items you can sell rather quickly. Double check prices before buying your items, and when you get more experienced you will be able to automatically pick out good deals, and will see that there are many effective items to merchant, some of which no one has thought to merchant.

Best of luck with the merchanting, and always watch the second trade screen.
