shading is a little too noticable...

Yeah shading is like *BAM!* which isn't very good also the dude's mouth.. he has no teeth it just looks like a huge crevice in his face. Well for your first this is good and I'm sure you will get better just might wan't to look for some shading tuts.

Here is another 1 i made today lol.... they arnt that good but they r trials :P thanks for tips............. also this 1 is same size as other 1 lol i was cut when i found out that had to be 300 * 150 :(

Your second is a lot better, you can notice the quality of the second one is an improvement from the first, cause the first had so many mistakes ;) But yeh, the shading 'style' you were using before was really really bad, but now improving...
