As I dont know? so what you guys think fastest way to lvl mining is?

I still say power mining granite.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Go in all the desert robes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Inventory 1 Rune pick, 26 waterskins (Wield pick after carpet trip)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Get to granite, the three going vertical along the west side of the pit are best.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click first rock, then, click second right. QUICKLY, as you're walking towards the 2nd rock, right click the granite in your inventory, hover over "drop" and as you hit the rock, click drop. You should be one hitting the granite, so you will mine and drop at the same time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now, you'll have 1 rock, 26 waterskins, simply keep doing this pattern till you run out of waterskins, then, keep going till A) you die, or B) Glory tele to Al Karid, restock on water skins/robes if needed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lather up, rinse, and repeat till desired Mining level is reached.

Did you honestly thing getting 99 mining wouldn't be?

I got 99 mining before the water update though. If you wear full desert to mine with 25 waterskins, you should be banking every 2 hours or so, a decent break from mining, exp/hr on average is redcuced to about same as iron.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you're going to powermine iron all the way, do it at the mine south of picatorious fishing colony, 3 iron rocks there like scorp pit mine and hardly anyone there :wink:

Pros: you get more gems

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cons: it takes longer once you hit a gem to get the rock

Powermine iron or granite if you are P2P.

 

 

 

Even though that is not the fastest way, but very profitable one, you can mine gold or coal and bank. It is a good money or smithing xp.
