If you think it sucks, so does the community. You can't expect others to like it if you have no confidence in it. I recommend not posting things like this and practicing more, and actually do shading. I understand you can't do it, but just practice it.

well try not using the stock colours

 

 

 

and draw the shapes with the pencil not the auto-shapes

And yeah, no stock colors and avoid the shape tools, THEY ARE SATAN! Not to offend people creatively using circles in their pixels, but a pure circle for a head / helm always looks irritating. It just downgrades your work to use it (BTW I know I did exactly that on one of my pixels, but that pixel was trash, relatively =P).
