I love the banner more than sig. On sig the font is nice. 8/10 for sig. 9/10 for banner. I dont know why the banner just looks better :P

Nothing personal, but I am happy that tip.it forums have been spared from the signatures like that. All the others are filled with those generic image + custon brushes + color layer signatures. Sorry, not to my liking.

Not exactly hard to do, like Col said, you taken a pic and added it onto a simple background, background so simple don't think there are tutorials for.

I give a 7/10 on this, although it's easy to make but your probably just starting anyway.
