That's true for most items, (logs, fish, ore, arrows, etc), when sold in large quantities.

 

 

 

You can buy lots of feathers from the fishing store in Port Sarim.

 

 

 

World hop to keep the price low.

 

 

 

Then, resell, in note form, to someone else.

Use the Tip It marketplace forums

 

 

 

Or, you could go to worlds 1 or 2 and stand outside the Varrock or Fally banks

 

 

 

and yell out what you are selling.
