March 30, 200719 yr So, I've been talking to a friend at school (well, before acquaintance, now friend), and he plays Guild Wars, same as me. So, we're going to go talk on TeamSpeak or whatever it is, along with a couple of other friends who play GW as well. So, I've got a twenty dollar budget to spend on, and my question is this: what should I get?
March 30, 200719 yr IMO unless you really want a headset go for just a desktop mic. That way you can keep the current headphones/speakers for said game :). I have a logitech USB mic and it works very well, maybe look into that.
March 30, 200719 yr Eh, but headsets are cooler... :? How much for the mic? I think I got mine for 20 or 30, can't remember. If you want a headset go for it, just wasn't sure how good of sound quality you could get for $20 if you find that important :).
March 30, 200719 yr I got a bunch of headphone jack adapters for christmas a few years ago, and one connects my old cell-phone headset to my speakers. Pretty cool for only a few bucks I guess, it's what I use when i bother getting on vent. Gamertag: King Arizona
