That's pretty nice, and I don't mean to be offensive, but what you have there is a background, not a sig.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The border around the edges somewhat restricts the flexibility of the sig design, but it's a very standard way of making a sig, so no one should have too many problems with it.
