I'm banking them to make steel.

It all depends on what your mining level is. If it is level 60+ the mining guild is very good. Other places are falador mines, lumbridge swamp, erm.......Skeleton mine in the wilderness? I don't really know becasue i'm not f2p. Hope that helped.
