ok i got the ghostspeak ammy.....yestoday before event i saw fillman and talked to him with out ammy......so i came back today and he's not here.....where is he? any help?

If I understand your question, Fillman is on the island. Since you talked to him, he is inside his little hut. Sometimes he goes away. I believe you have to click on the altar and places inside the grotto and he will eventually come out of hiding. I hope this helps. :)

just click on his little grotto again like you did the first time
