April 2, 200719 yr The guide reads: To enchant a Tiara, take a Talisman to its' altar. The altar locations are listed here. With a tiara in your pack use the Talisman on the altar where you normally craft runes; the tiara and the Talisman will bind together. You will lose your Talisman, but now you have a very useful piece of headgear. The different Tiaras are shown below as well as the Runecrafting experience you receive when you make them. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ But I have the tiara in my pack as I craft and it's not working. Can someone help me out more? I can't get the earth talisman to bind with my tiara. D:
April 2, 200719 yr Make sure your tiara is blank and make sure you are at the right altar. Then use the talisman on the altar.
April 2, 200719 yr also might wanna try using the tiara with the altar Barrows drops: ahrims staff (2), karils coif, karils xbow, torags plate body, veracs helm.
