At what combat level does it become faster than the usual training?

Well it's your level squared divided by 6 (or 12 in the case of prayer)

 

 

 

Average point speed is 100points in two hours. Upon cashing 100 points in you get 10% extra.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So if you can get more exp in 2 hours outside pest control than (let's say your skill you want to train is attack and you have 60 attack (=60*60/6)) 66K experience then PC is not for you.

90+ based on the fact that most PC clans are 90+, this is the most efficient way to do pest control, very fast rounds.

ya or if you have a good range lvl (80+) i advise you to get crystal bow am lvl 87 and i was using crystal yesterday really good xp especially the fact i kept hittin 22s

Depends - In world 78, the points per hour is only around 20-30. If you join Heart Unit, it's around 80 points an hour (in my informal testing)
