Blue Drags are good for Prayer. Also, try training with Slayer. It works pretty well.

I've always felt as if I'm the only person who can understand the concept of sarcasm on the internet.

Mosseys in varrock sewers at your level you won't need food, just bring full rune dds, draong long/scimmy and start killing them, cause your a member you can find a nice low pop'd world and train alone, leaving the mosseys all to your self.
