Hi, this is a guide on how to make pures

If you wish to add anything to this guide or change a mistake in it pls post it.

I will divide the pures in different classes.

First I will divide them in f2p and p2p,

then I will divide them in high and low lvl(high lvl > 55combat)

I am only talking about the lvl 1 def pures/hybrids, I will not talk about tank rangers, rune pures...

PART 1, f2p pures.

I really don't suggest this cause the loot u get is really bad, but it's fun and cheap...

As u may have noticed there are alot of low level mages who OWN f2p, so yes if u want to kill alot be a low lvl mage.

But for better loot u could become a r2h/ranger with r2h to K0.

The most simple and cheapest option is ofcourse a str pure.

1.1 PURE MAGE

+ good damage at low levels

+ bind

+ accurate vs armour

- damage cap <-- mage gets pretty bad at high lvl where scimmy hits 19 on u

- mostly not so accurate vs other pures

Ultimate goal:

30-45 hp

59 mage

all other skills 1

Try to get as high possible mage without getting hp, try to

1. cast alot of curse

2. not get ranged/atk/str

3. alching

pking:

inventory:

deaths/chaos runes

airs runes

bind runes

lobs

1.2 R2H/ranger

+ range is accurate

+ r2h is high damage at later lvls

- only good at higher lvls

ultimate goal:

80-99 hp

99 ranged

99 str

50 atk

1 pray

choose ur magic level urself it doesn't really mather

You will have to get as high possible str compared with your ranged, but not to high so ur combat isn't mellee based.

To do this use the combat calculatr on the tip-it site or use this formula

(ranged lvl X 3) / 2 - atk lvl = str

assuming u will have 40 atk (40 atk is adviced) and 70 range,

70 X 3 = 210

210/2 = 105

105-40 = 75 str

I'dd get 40 ranged first then do vampire slayer to get 20 atk

pking:

Just use ranged en when they get low hp pull out r2h for the kill. I'dd drink str pot when they'r at 1/2 health and use r2h at 1/3-1/4

inventory:

- R2H

- str pot

- lobs

1.3 STR pure

+ cheap to train

+ high damage

- hard to train onces u are 75+ str

- low accuracy

ultimate goal:

40 atk

99 str

31 pray

-89 ranged and mage <-- don't bother getting these

Vampire slayer gives 20 atk!

I don't suggest getting higher atk to kill full runes, cause ur combat would raise and they'd have even more defence... still not able to k0 them. Just try pking other pures

pking:

Drink str pot at start of the fight and pull out r2h when they have low health

inventory:

- str pot

- R2H

- lobs

PART 2 P2P pures

You are willing to spend alot of money and time on your pure? Get P2P.

Alot of K0's, good loot, variety of weapons...

I'dd like to mention, every P2P pure (no exception) is supposed to wear a recoil ring (doesn't show in pics)

I don't suggest carrying antipot, but if u want u can.

Don't go pking with lobster or swordies. Get sharks or atleast monkfish.

Just like f2p the Pure mage is still around, only... it become even worse. U can't pk other pkers but you can easilty pk ppl who train on green drags.

The f2p str pure now has a new weapon the mighty DDP++ (DDS) it requires 60 atk to wield and the spec atks are just to good.

Range/Mager, entangle and ice spells allow you to farcast (freeze ur opponent and atk from distance)

STR/mager, usually ancients with ice spell then run up and finish with DDS spec

2.1 Pure Mage

+ accurate vs armour

+ teleblock

+ farcast

+ hold your opponents

+ high damage at low lvls

- expensive

- loses vs other pures <-- only kills non-pures

- bad loot cause you are maxed at around 70 combat and ppl dun wear good stuff then

- can't carry much food

ultimate goal:

85/99 mage

52 pray <-- +15% mage and smite

1/20, 1 def with ghostly (must have started DT) or 20 def with mystic

Train till atleast 81 mage so u can teleblock with a mage potion.

Always pk with modern mage, since ur pking green drags slayer and other non-pures u'll need teleblock. Unless you have a mate who tb's

Get god cape and sara staff, it lower prayer and hits upto 30 dam when charged.

pking:

TB your opponent, then entangle him/her and charge if you haven't done from before. Then it's all a mather of sara strike/entangle.

(sara strike lower your opponents prayer)

inventory:

- tb runes

- entangle runes

- sara strike runes

- mage pot (if you r 81-84 mage)

- sharks

2.2 STR pure

+ good chance to K0

+ cheap to train

+ high damage

- people can run away easy...

ultimate goal:

60/70/99 atk

99 str

31/52 pray

The atk level depends on:

- 60 <-- you want to kill other pures with d scimmy/dds

- 70 <-- you want to kill other pures and rune pures with whip/dds

- 99 <-- you want to kill anyone with whip/dds (only adviced getting 70+ atk after reaching 90 str)

pking:

inventory:

Whip/d scimmy

super str pot

super atk pot(not if you are gonne pk other pures)

1-3 pray pots

sharks

2.3 range/mager

+ farcast

+ hold your opponents

+ accurate

+ good loot

- only good at high (lvl 75+ cb)

- expensive to make

ultimate goals:

99 range

99 mage

1/20 def

52 pray

This is all about farcasting yes

pking:

you will only pk with ancients if u have a mate who tb's.

Otherwise look at 2.1 and switch to bow or to staff when they pray mage or range.

If you are pking alone:

first teleblock.

then atk with sara strike and if they switch pray use MSB.

Mage Short Bow

range pot

pray pot(s)

tb/tangle/sara strike runes OR barrage/blitz runes

sharks

2.4 DDS/mager

+ high damage

+ hold your opponents

+ alot of K0's

- Can't really find 1

ultimate goals:

You will always use ancients to pk, if you would use modern mage(tb/entangle/sara strike) you wouldn't have enough room for food and since u can't farcast you will need all you can carry

pking:

If you pk other pures, freeze them 2 times and run up for DDS spec.

inventory:

whip/d scimmy

runes voor ice spells

super str/atk pot

pray pot(s)

sharks

PART 3 training

Ofcourse you can't just make a pure account, you will need to spend alot of money and time on it to train it.

I will now give you some of my training spots which I used on my many pures.

3.1 F2P training

STR/ATK:

- chickens/cows (till 10)

- monks at edgeville monastry

- the 4 elemental wizard south of falador (wear green d hide and have atleast 50 mage)

Range:

- chickens/cows (till 20)

- 20-40 cows/guard upstairs varrock castle

- 40-65 upstairs white knights castle (shoot over fences)

- 65+ lessers all the way

Mage:

- At any level, cursing wit full iron, at any place where alot of creatures are (7+) who can't atk you

- lessers all the way, they have low mage def

3.1 P2P training

for all skills, at lvl 70+ I suggest pest control if you can find a good world

STR/ATK

- rock crabs

- monks in edgeville

- experiments

Range

- rock crabs

- lesser demons on karamja

- fire giants

- blue drags

mage

- alching

- anywhere where you can train range with (safespots)

PART 4 spots to pk

F2P: --WORLD 3-4-5--

- hills giants (multi)

- greater demons (multi)

- lvl 1-3 varrock (multi)

- lvl 1-4 edgeville (single)

- lvl 11-15 castle (single/multi)

P2P: --WORLD 18--

- Mage bank (90+ stats atleast) (single)

- lvl 1-4 edgeville (single)

- lvl 1-3 varrock (multi)

- lvl 18-22 north of hill giants (single/multi)

Good start for peole who have no clue about pures, but I know that you dont have a pure, if you do, then you should knw alot more info. Its pretty basic, add the pics, and improve it
