Stewie_Griffen
This is all I have left to do my last 2 quests: Fairy Tale 2 and Devious Minds. The next trip to Tears of Guthix should take care of 50 Runecrafting, and I have the bars for 65 smithing. But what should I do about Herblore? I want to be able to get it to 57 without losing tons of monies. My options: - 979 Super Attack Potions - 870 Fishing Potions, buying the Avantoe and gathering Snape Grass - 183 Super Attack Potions, then 366 Energy Potions, then 293 Super Strengths - 163 Fishing Potions, then 366 Energy Potions, then 293 Super Strengths That's what I've narrowed it down to. Does anyone have advice on which one I should do, or something entirely different?
Themandyou
Prayer pots I used them, but with the price of ranarrs and pice of pots, it's hard to tell if it's still an option. I used to buy anarrs at 6.5 to 7.5 ea, collect of own snape grass, get vials from adrounge general store, and sell p pots for 8k ea, 3 dose
Stewie_Griffen
I was considering Prayer Pots, but ever since skillcapes came out the price of Ranarrs has gone up to around the same as the price of pots. I have the option of growing them, but that would take too long.
Chazimcgee
Well you could do prayer pots because u wil get your money back as long as you push for a low price for herbs  Sn'C Events Team Member942nd to 99 hunter 2/8/07|26,042nd to reach 99 fletching 27/10/07|Quest Cape Achieved 22/1/08|50,000th to 99 Cooking 29/10/08Dagannoth King Drops: 7 Zerkers 2 Axes 3 Warriors | Armadyl: 1 hilt first ever trip and kill | Barrows: 2 Dharok Legs 1 Ahrim Skirt 1 Torag Helm 1 Guthan Spear
aoe325
You might also consider using stat boosts. Will cut down the needed herbs by alot. A Greenman's Ale (m) will give you a +2 bonus to herblore (I used that). Just brew this in the 2 vats right now using the stuff from trouble brewing and it will be ready for the quest. Funnily enought, these were the last 2 for me too :D Edit : Also agree whith below poster. Cheap cheap since second is ash.. Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07. TeeBeaun
Serium 207's is the cheapest way of getting herblore if you dont want to turn around and sell pots. Its easy to get tarromins and you just need to get ash then, and empty the pots. However, you are just throwing you money at pure levels, nothing else.
