April 7, 200719 yr It's quite simple, when an autoer gets banned for autoing, jagex should ban the preson's/auto's ip address so he couldn't make a new one. ~kinggabe Three months banishment to 9gag is something i would never wish upon anybody, not even my worst enemy.
April 7, 200719 yr What the heck...You're back...? It's quite simple... 1. Search. 2. IPs can be easily changed. 3. It wouldn't work, and could potentially keep honest playrs innocently banned for macroing from playing RuneScape ever again. April 7, 200719 yr I don't get how you can change IP addresses. If it was really that simple, wouldn't Jagex have it implemented already? ~It's Super Effective! (The Zaaps Blog)~My YouTube Channel, where you get to watch me go around and make a fool out of myself and all comp capersGuides:~Yeah I wrote them once~Suggestions:~Yeah I made those once~
April 7, 200719 yr I don't get how you can change IP addresses. Proxies. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proxy_server http://proxy.org/ Also, your ISP assigns your IP address, and more often than not its whats called a "Dynamic" IP address meaning it changes every so often. Furthermore, some ISPs (roadrunner inparticular) when you reset your cable "modem" it changes your IP. Either way, bad idea. What if I am playing on a public connection that someone else is autoing on?
