April 9, 200719 yr That's the taskbar. simply move your mouse on the border of it so your mouse would become a two-way arrow. Then drag it down. R.I.P. oO000oO0oO00, RS2 range pure transformed to a maxed PvM char in EoC, ten years of time completely wasted.Good to be gone :)
April 9, 200719 yr You have to "unlock" it first (I don't know what it says in the English version of Windows). Simply do a right click on the taskbar and then click "unlock" (or something) and then drag it down like the poster above me said.
