I think its a piece of paper telling you there is more treasure out there (On Another Quest/Mini game)

I have to agree its most likely a future update as i dont see anywhere to go diving yet, near there.

Im hoping for some kind of mini-quest or mini-game after reading that note. Thats probably where that new weapon will come in handy as well.

 

 

 

I guess we will just have to wait and see. I doubt its an anagram though.
