I think the head should be a little straighter. It looks a little odd with the obvious curve.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Otherwise, I like it. That's a horse from hell.

Head does.. the body/neck doesn't, you need to make the body larger.. I'm not really sure what position he is in but if hes like standing on hind legs then you would need to show a small amount of the front legs.. Mane needs to be longer, bottom lip needs to be larger.. Other than that it looks really good.

Its a front view, make the body wider, its disproportional atm, the head is alright, although the curve from the horses head to his nose is a bit too inward imo, + the hair looks likes it been geled, make it flow :P

Ok, time to sort this out. first off, i asked for nad cuz he usually gives good CC and he was the only one online this mornin :P . second, it is a front view. the scene is a horse race with seabiscuit and war admiral...seabiscuit is the horse i phave now, and he is winning, and looking back at war admiral behind him. i think if i define that there is more of a neck, then it will look better. as for the bottom lip, i agree that it should be larger.
