April 14, 200719 yr Well barrows gives a decent number of minds... and I guess those elemental wizards, and plain old air elemental's drop lots of airs too. The level 15 dark knight castle spawns them both in intervals of 5 aswell.

The Lumbridge Tutor for Magic (Mikasi) will only give 30 mind runes and 30 air runes when you don't have any. It wouldn't be very effective for this situation, though.
