leebrave
Appologies if suggested I like my farming quite alot, I know some think its dull but it can have its benefits e.g Your very own trees Magic being most important and you can grow all the herbs you want. My problem is I like to grow everything and can at times go crazy and use every patch in RC, so I keep all the seeds I can in my bank, problem with that is the usual running out of bank space. im saving up seeds i cant plant yet also. I thought it would be great if we could have our very own shed in our houses garden and store seeds in it, the better the material, higher the construction lvl the better the stored seeds. May sound silly to some but look at it this way. I probably have 20 different seeds in bank thats alot of room. If a shed sounds silly which it doesn't since we all mostly have some sort of shed in the garden., then what about a seed sack or seed holder of some sort. ianer101
Yeah, I think we should have sheds, but also make it possible to have farming patches in your house as well, although you shouldn't be able to have more than one of each farming patch in your house. darkblade986
Yeah, I think we should have sheds, but also make it possible to have farming patches in your house as well, although you shouldn't be able to have more than one of each farming patch in your house. I agree with this point. Either that, or make it where when you build it, the better materials you use to build the patch, the more patches you can build. Since "the wizards who made Player Owned Houses" already learned how to compress thousands of houses into a square foot, why can't they make compressions within the compressions to make more farming patches. So basically, what it could be would be this... Normal Planks - 1 Patch Oak Planks - 2 Patches Normal Planks + Regular Compost - 2 Patches Oak Planks + Regular Compost - 3 Patches Teak Planks - 3 Patches Oak Planks + Super Compost - 3 Patches Mahogany Planks - 4 Patches Mahogany Planks + Super Compost - 5 Patches Perhaps that is a little excessive, but it could work out something like that... Perhaps what could also be added is a High-Speed Composter that makes Compost in a half-hour rather than an hour. Perhaps as even one last idea, you could make a Plant Cure dispenser, where you'd make your own Plant Cure and you'd have to refill the dispenser every so often... Random ideas from a Random person... don't worry, you are going to "hell" anyway. wanna race to see who gets there first?Officially reached 100 Combat at 1:33PM EST, June 14, 2007First Dragon Drop: Dragon Chain (Dust Devils) @ 10:48PM EST, July 14, 2008, lv113 combat
cloudy_day
farming and construction were going to be in the same place but then jagex wanted to release farming early.. i like this idea though
cowmasta13
I think this is a great idea. And to add on to the idea of in-house farming patches, anyone who's done My Arm's quest might remember that towards the end of the quest he gives you a book with instructions on how to make soil for your own gardening patches. Maybe a quest-requirement on these new patches?
