u cud try experiments are creature of frenkenstrain level 25 with 100 hp 400xp per one and they hardly hit

try experiments, if uve done creature of frenkenstrain quest, the sheep-dog and spider-man experiments have 101 hp each, hardly hit, dont drop tho :( or you could try rock crabs by fremmy, alwase packed tho :cry:

Gaining levels at that low of a level goes really quickly. Try training on anything for about an hour. I recommend chickens in the champion's guild or goblins in the goblin village.
